Conveniently close to Food Lion grocery, less than 10 minutes to Publix, Kroger, and Starbucks. For s sweet tooth, The Ice Cream Shop is nearby as well as All Things Chocolate & More. The golf course is also just a 5 minute drive away. Richmond Hill is a highly sought after for their school district and famously known for the home town of Henry Ford himself. My friend and I came to Savannah for a long weekend and really loved this property. Richmond Hill is an easy drive to Savannah and this property/neighborhood was very quiet. Perfect for what we needed! The layout of the house made it easy for the two of us to get ready at once. The bathroom is like a jack and jill style so a separate toilet/sink with a shared shower. Definitely recommend for friends that want to spend time together but also enjoy privacy. The beds were comfortable but the couch was definitely my favorite. We spent comfy mornings on the couch drinking coffee and catching up. The owner provided clear directions for everything and really left us to ourselves. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great location with access to Savannah.

We spent the week at this home because my daughter had a dance comp in Savannah. We were excited to stay at this location because we were bringing our dog with us and it was advertised as pet friendly. It was exactly as advertised! My pup felt right at home and had plenty of room to stretch his legs in the fenced in yard. The home had everything you could need except for maybe a step stool, lol. (I had a little trouble reaching the bottom of the washer!) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was a great little house to stay in. It was super clean, had everything we needed, and was an easy drive to Savannah/Tybee Island. Billy was great with communication. We had such a great experience that we even stayed an extra night! I highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay again in the future!

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful landscape and tall trees. It is very close to the grocery store, restaurants and gas stations.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was adorable and well maintained. We especially loved the sunroom which allowed us to enjoy the great weather while we visited. The neighbors we met were super sweet and so were their fur babies. The owner is super accommodating and great to work with. Would definitely rent this property again.

The property was exactly as posted on VRBO. We has a short stay for vacation purposes and it was perfect. There was ample room to stay and the neighborhood is quiet and appeared very safe. We were there during a coastal storm and found things to do around town (not just our intended destination, Savannah).

Our family stayed in this very adorable home while visiting our son. It was perfect for all of us and very kid friendly. The essentials in the home were plenty, there was everything you could need in case you forgot to bring items such as soap, lotion, dish soap etc. The house was very clean and comfortable. Location was great! Our host was very accommodating. We will most definitely be staying there on our next trip!

Billy’s place worked perfect for us for a short visit to see family stationed at HAAF and ventures into Savannah. The proximity to the trail at JF Gregory City Park was great for daily walks.

Overall, the house was nice and in good shape, the inside appears to be recently renovated. I would recommend you bring your own pillows, the ones provided on the bed I stayed in were very soft offered little to no support. The bed itself was fine. We did not cook or otherwise eat in the house. The location is truly about 25 minutes from Savannah, however at certain times construction on the roads would make that a good 15-20 minutes longer. I recommend using Waze to route you fastest way. Overall I would recommend this place to stay. We were comfortable and enjoyed our visit.

The home was nice but due to the heavy pet odor in the sun room, I couldn't enjoy the entire home. Also there was only one TV to operate which is not good when you have multiple people staying in the home. Everyone doesn't watch the same thing. A good idea would be to add TV's in the bedrooms. Other than that it was a good stay.

We had a 3 night stay to visit some family. The house was exactly as advertised and they really are pet friendly - we’ve stayed in places that say they are but then you arrive and it’s not really the case. There was a pet friendly couch cover on the sofa, the floors are vinyl plank so hold up well to wet paws and anti-slip. The house was clean and stocked nicely - awesome to see so many towels and even bar soap for visitors if they need it. The laundry room was also stocked and a nice size. The house is minimally decorated but still homey. We enjoyed the stay very much and would be happy to rent again! Neighborhood: The neighbor adjacent to the house is great! He was friendly and we enjoyed our conversation with him. His Yorkie mix enjoyed a friendly discussion with our dog through the fence! It’s a quiet place but centrally located - Food Lion is literally across the street. Owner: very responsive and gave very clear directions/advice about the house and area. Great place and awesome folks who own it!

We were there for a baseball tournament. We wanted to be close enough to the fields and to Savannah to enjoy some time together since our boys stayed with the team. The home had everything we needed, was very clean and was close to some good restaurants. We enjoyed fish tails at the marina, sushi which was only 5 minutes away and a delicious dinner downtown Savannah. The home is perfect for anyone with kids and they allow any size dogs which is a huge bonus. The neighbors were very nice as well. If we end up out that way we would look to stay here again.
