Beautiful clean, modern loft in the middle of Paonia. Lots of light and a great balcony overlooking the street. Good communication, easy access. Highly recommended.

We had a great time Paonia and loft was beautiful. The porch overlooking Grand Ave was a nice and relaxing added touch. The loft was very nicely furnished and decorated. We will definitely stay here again if it is available!

The town of Paonia is so charming, from the incredible wineries, food options, fishing, scenery, and very friendly people.
Right on Main street is this wonderfully appointed loft! The owners thought of everything to make my wife and I stay perfect!
Our favorite was the balcony for our morning coffee or eveing drinks. So relaxing.
We highly recommend this property and we will be back.

This well appointed and equipped property is in an ideal location.
I felt very comfortable and safe as a solo traveler. Owners were responsive when I had questions. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely studio apartment!

Very enjoyable, as older adults, the rear stairs were a concern but the front stairs were fine.
Beautiful space, bath and kitchen are great.
