The location is great. The elevators were a little hard to figure which elevator went with which entry button on the app. We met with another couple who was having the same problem When we arrived the downstairs shower had not been wiped down. Almost like someone just did a quick spray down to clean it, but never finished The baseboards in the bathroom are coated in dust and grime. The shower curtain liner has mold. The bath wall has mold in the grout. The down bedroom mattress cover has a large stain and the shower curtain is stained along the bottom. One morning we walked into parking garage and there was trash everywhere. Over all location and place was great but was totally put off by upkeep of cleaning.

My friends and I came to Nashville for a concert and wanted to find a convenient location to stay. This condo was beyond our expectations. The views overlooking the water provided a relaxing vibe. The inside decor was beautifully designed and had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the property owner before, during and after was better than expected. I didn’t have to reach out with any questions because the owner provided all the details we needed for easy access to the building, garage and condo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to others coming to Nashville.

The Condo was very nice and a short walk to Broadway and the Football Stadium. The area does appear to be in a up and coming location with a brewery, sports bar and Minor league Baseball stadium very close. Very much enjoyed the stay!

We enjoyed our stay for 5 nights overlooking the Cumberland River with friends. The unit was spacious, well appointed, clean. Love the mural for photos. Management was responsive - some construction nearby, but that’s happening all over Nashville.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean, comfortable beds and couch. Kitchen had everything you would need. Loved both outside patios, we would have our morning coffee out there. The views are beautiful, as it’s on the top floor. We felt very safe due to the Latch security system. The host let me know the unit was available a little early and checked in on us soon after we got there. I had a question and she answered me back right away. Not far from Broadway. You can walk or Uber ($5) or they have electric scooters available to take outside unit. We will definitely stay here again!

The apartment was so fetch. We went to see WuTang at the Bridgestone and we had so much fun returning back to this unit. We unwound on the balcony while the city went to sleep around us. Absolutely zero complaints.

This place is absolutely adorable! Our only regret is that we didn’t spend enough time there. Communication was fantastic and we had no issues at all. We loved our stay and look forward to our next visit. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was super nice and we felt safe the whole time. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. The location is nice just a short drive to downtown. You could walk to downtown but it was hot and it was just a little too far to walk for us. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was the perfect spot with a great location for a walk to many places, Broadway, Germantown and The Gulch. We even caught a baseball game which was an unexpected surprise. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was just precious!!!
