Welcome to the Brownsville Bay Lookout in Poulsbo, WA! This spacious home has over 2,800 sqft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is ready to host your family with breathtaking views of the Puget Sound! Enjoy amenities for all ages and a central location within minutes to beach access, Poulsbo, Silverdale, and Bremerton! From almost every room you will be surrounded by views of the water, Mt. Rainier, and incredible nature scenery - keep a lookout for the occasional whales seen crossing the Bay! This 4 bedroom home sits perched above Liberty Bay and is right in-between Poulsbo, Silverdale, and Bremerton making it central for exploring in any direction. Enjoy the best unobstructed views of the bay and watch for the occasional whale passing by! Upon entering the home you will be greeted with a large open concept main floor with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a full bathroom, large living room with a smart TV and high quality throws to cozy up with, a wood burning fireplace with wood supplied, and two bedrooms- one which is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, and the other bedroom offers a king sized bed. Follow the French doors off the living room outside to the deck and enjoy a large BBQ, a propane space heater, and seating to take in those views! Head downstairs to find a large entertainment room including an oversized couch, another smart TV, desk, board games, and even a ping pong table! Off the entertainment room there is a full sized laundry room, two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom (all of our bathrooms come stocked with the needed essentials for your stay). One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. The other downstairs bedroom sleeps four and is decked out for the younger guests and includes two twin sized beds that each have a twin trundle bed, a climbing wall and even a loft area to escape too! Head outside from downstairs and enjoy a playground for the kids and a cozy firepit for the adults...again, don't forget, wood is provided! Things to do are endless in this area, with just a short walk to the Port of Brownsville you can enjoy a walk along the water and beautiful views of the bay, marina, and marine life. You can also venture into historic downtown Poulsbo for a variety of fun shops, a museum, restaurants, and coffee and ice cream eateries! There's also the nearby towns of Bremerton, Silverdale and Port Orchard to explore. From Bremerton you could even catch a ferry to Seattle for the day! House is fairly secluded, but does have one direct neighbor. Outside noise should be limited from 10pm-8am. Less than a mile away from the Brownsville Marina where guests can access a public beach and boat launch. 5-15 Minute Drive: -Beach Access at Brownsville Marina - Bremerton to Seattle Ferry Terminal - Illahee State Park - Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, Port Orchard 15-30 Minute Drive: - Gig Harbor - Kingston - Bainbridge Island - Alternative Seattle Ferries - Tacoma 30 Min. -1.5 Hour Drive: - Seatac Airport - Seattle - Hood Canal - Olympic National Forest - Mountain Ski Resorts This house has some very fun amenities, however please consider if they are safe for your guests! - The backyard does have a steep drop off that is fenced - but exploring children should be carefully watched. - Kid's play structure in backyard is available for guest use, however equipment should always be evaluated by parents before letting children play. Children should not be left unattended. - Downstairs bedroom with rock climbing wall and loft is available for guest's use purely at their own discretion. Please do not allow your children access to this room if you do not feel it is safe for them. - Security cameras are present on the exterior of the home. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate termination of booking. - No additional guests beyond total guest count permitted without prior authorization. - No Pets. - Unauthorized additional guests, pets, or smoking may result in immediate termination of reservation and forfeiture of security deposit.
