Black Mountain Golf course is a short 6 minute drive, so a great location for us. As well, a good selection of wineries are in the area. The House was exactly how it was presented: clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The Host was very attentive.

We were looking for a bigger place this year with our two young daughters. We rented a condo last year near the airport and was not very satisfy as the property is busy and noisy. This time we selected this house and it was everything we wanted. We want to be near Kelowna but way from the tourist and busy area. This place is not far from Kelowna downtown and close to the Gyro-Boyce beach. It was the prefect place for our entire family. The owner was very nice and the place was really clean. It does have some older style decor, but clean and comfortable. Beds and beddings are super comfy and supportive. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner even before the trip was very informative and cater to our needs. Towels are abundant and high quality. Some minor suggestions are having a k-cup style coffee machine, and maybe a hint of fresh scent around the house. One weird thing is (only happened twice during our 6 days stay), there is rumbling from the basement mechanical. Not sure what it is, but when it goes, the entire place shakes for about 10 mins. And it happened randomly, so not sure what it is related.

The house has a beautiful back yard with gardens and several nice places to sit and relax. The voews from the front upstairs balcony are great. The place is spotlessly clean. The owner Rain provided excellent service and communication. However, if you are users who like to cook and eat in the unit, it is really only set up for four people e.g. four dinner plates and drinking glasses. The same if you like to cook it is very lightly supplied for e.g. there is no egg flipper or measuring cups and only one dutch oven type pot.

Extremely clean. Mattress in bedroom bottom floor very hard. Not sure it was an actual mattress. No extras of anything… exactly the number of towels for us and pillows. No extra linens if cold. Batteries dead in tv remote however, Yu immediately responded with dropping off more to replace. Perfect location for our needs on Black Mountain. Assumed we could park our car in garage but it was locked.
