Quick and easy access to highways 64/40 & 44. 5-10 minutes away: Forest Park, Zoo, Wash U, SLU, The Hill, major hospitals, FOX Theatre, Central West End, Delmar Loop, Science Center, Clayton business Dist, Chaifetz Arena, Missouri Botanical Garden. Less than 15 minutes away: Downtown St. Louis, The Arch, Union Station, casinos, Aquarium, Cardinals/Blues/Battlehawks/STL City SC games. Airport 15-20 minutes from property. On site free parking. We share a wide driveway with the next door neighbor. Park on the side of the driveway closest to our home. 2 cars can fit on our side of the driveway. Street parking is also available. * Dog friendly, large fenced in yard. DOGS MUST BE HOUSE BROKEN AND NONDESTRUCTIVE. No cats please. * Laundry and play area in the basement. * All linens and towels washed in free and clear laundry detergent. * NO PARTIES

We loved staying at Lisa’s place! It had everything we needed (and more!) for two young toddlers. She had everything set out for us and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Lisa was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating—we’d love to stay there again!

Oh I can’t say enough about this perfect little house in Dogtown. They had everything you could possibly want while staying! Super clean! Easy checkin and checkout! Wonderful communication! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog! The pictures don’t do this place justice! Super cute and decorated wonderfully! The bars and the restaurants in the area are superb! We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

This property is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and activities. It was very clean and matched the listing details. There were no issues with any items. The street and neighborhood were quiet and felt safe as well. The host communicated extremely well and went above and beyond to ensure the house was welcoming and all our needs were met. You can tell she genuinely cares about the happiness of the guests. I would absolutely stay here again on a future visit if the property was available and she would have us back.

Cute, clean place and very convenient location to everything St. Louis has to offer. Lisa is a great host and very attentive to everything we needed. We loved that we could bring our dog, and everything is very pet friendly. The neighborhood, "Dogtown" lives up to it's name.

Stayed at this property for a quick trip to St. Louis with 4 adults and 3 kids (we stayed one night). Great location with easy access to downtown St. Louis and the neighborhood itself is great with restaurants nearby. The house was very clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. Having multiple bedrooms made it easy to accommodate everyone (we did use 2 air mattresses as well as the beds). We had two cars- we parked one in the driveway and street parking was easy for the second car. Lisa was a great host! She reached out several times during our stay to make sure that everything was ok and gave us numerous recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Overall, this was a great place to stay! Pros: location, amount of beds/space, pet friendly, child friendly, communicative property manager, clean, kitchen amenities, home decor, affordable cost, amount of towels/blankets, and backyard space. Growth areas: the cover on the lockbox got stuck when trying to lower it to input the code, it is an older home that has updated furnishings (a couple of things detached when pulled, such as the handle to the freezer, and an overhead light strand- we were able to put back together without much difficulty), and the next door neighbor has a wind chime that can be heard in the bedrooms. We would stay again in the future!

This home was super clean and comfortable! Had everything we needed and more! Great fenced in yard and the location was great! Lisa was so wonderful and provided tons of information on places to see and restaurants to try. I would stay here in a heartbeat again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!

It was perfect for a family of 7 visiting the zoo that was only 8 minutes away. My favorite part was having a driveway it's usually of street parking.
