This is a spacious rental package "fully equipped" it is full of utensils for the kitchen, patio chairs, picnic table and table cloth, clean sheets and towels, and a 21" tv at no additional cost. Lessee agrees to sign a SRA (supplemental rental agreement) provided by the lessor when booking that provide additional rules that apply to the rental agreement.
