After reading the instructions & previous guests comments I contacted the hosts to clarify a few things and they came straight back to me. This was a very safe, security conscious place to stay. The carpark is new age, stacking the cars in a liftwell, hence they had to be sedan height not SUV. This was a fantastic concept! We loved ita s we did the trolleys they made available for guests to take shopping or bags up in the lifts. So easy! The hosts couldn't have been more helpful in personally checking us in, particularly given our delayed arrivals due to flight cancellations. Other family stayed in a hotel nearby. We all agreed our apartment was the best value booking.com offer in the area by far, clean & modern, close to the supermarket and a 10 minute well lit walk at most to eateries. Certainly recommend.

Everything was great & scrupulously clean but little homely touches would make it less clinical & take it to the next level. Extras like paper towels, tinfoil, gladwrap & baking paper would be a bonus given the kitchen set up as would a holder to put your soap etc in the showers which may I add had fantastic high pressure. The "verandah" is internal but not surprising as we were on an 11th floor. Our view was inhibited by a large roof top from a lower floor. Still a better vista than other accommodation choices.

So much space!! A full kitchen, conservatory with awesome views, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a separate wide space for the lounge - very generous! Everything was new, modern and very comfortable! It was furnished with classy furniture, too.

The washing machine in one bathroom smelled moldy, which made that bathroom unusable. Also, there was no toaster and the microwave was on the blink (only occasionally would work - lights on, numbers counting down, but no heating).

Excellent location. Roomy, clean and reasonably comfortable. Great view.

No check in instructions before arrival. Had to find a phone number (purely by chance) to talk to someone and let us in. Real difficulty understanding the hosts. Got locked out of garage one night so got told to use a staff carpark, Then we got bollocked the next day with a written notice under our windscreen wiper for parking there.

Onlyb3 chairs in dining area could not park in building due to owners car parked there there was parking on the side roads whichever did help No spare blankets and only for cups etc

Parking via the lift system can take a while to get used to. However, it wasn’t a major.

New facilities, comfortable space for family, great to gave kitchen and laundry available

Limited parking available - we had to park off site.
