This apartment was perfect for what we were looking for in that it was very nice and not removed from the City.

Kippal is a great property in the heart of Cozumel. If you want something other than an all-inclusive resort, Kippal is a great choice. High end property, staff are attentive and friendly, building is well appointed, roof top pool is awesome, and the apartment is spacious and the balcony is great. You can walk to anything and everything in town. And Mingo’s Place is right next door.

Fabulous place to stay!

The location was perfect to experience the neighborhood. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax . The staff was friendly, made us feel at home and were very accommodating, especially Julia and Laura. We loved it there! Thank you Kippal.

Fantastisk lägenhet, hade allt som behövdes för en längre semester. Bra läge, gångavstånd från centrum. Takterass med pool som var otroligt fin!

Great open spaces, but needs maintenance and more attention to detail!

Location is very good to explore the city center and walk to very good restaurants. Employees on site are very welcoming and profesional. The views from the penthouse and rooftop were great. The huge terrace and public spaces on the roof top were great for relaxing and hanging out.

We stayed in the penthouse. The state of some of the furniture was below acceptable. Some blinds were even torn, and system broken, so they could not be open. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, so we had to improvise a lot for cooking. I kept receiving automatic messages on whatsapp from what was supposed to be the support team. Even requesting a check-in in advance. When contacted for support, they mentioned they were no longer responsible for that building.

Hotel com arquitetura incrível. Da receptividade e atenção do Rob e principalmente do Arno, que pessoa iluminada e mega gentil! Passeio de bicicleta foi bem legal! Piscina do deck maravilhoso Local para churrasco bem moderno e bem bacana. Mimos maravilhosos (agua, cerveja, capsula de cafe)

Bicicletas precisam de manutenção urgente Fechadura eletronica do meu quarto nao estava funcionando, tive que usar a chave para entrar. Poderiam ter utensílios para churrasco Faltou toalhas

A spur of the moment decision to escape the cold turned out to be a real treasure.

A hidden gem. All rooms are really apartments, and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, balconies were off every room, and very clean. The infinity pool was really great with spectacular views.

Not a criticism of the hotel, but barking dogs right around there were continuous and very annoying, particularly early in the morning.

Great fun location.

The location and the views from on top are exceptional. The staff went out of their way to assist us with our needs. Security is well maintained and property is exceptionally clean.

Stove hot plate needs a little touch- couldn’t turn off.

Wyjątkowo luksusowy apartament

Uwielbiam być rozpieszczonym i tak się stało w tym hotelu dla mnie bardzo ważne są takie dodatki jak na przykład maszynka do golenia dodatkowo szczoteczka z pastą do zębów czy inne takie udogodnienia które można spotkać na przykład w Japonii. Komfortowe warunki bardzo życzliwa i pomocna obsługa jeśli tylko kiedykolwiek będę miał okazję wrócić na wyspę to z pewnością zatrzymał się w tym miejscu.

Perfect stay for Ironman competition

Всё было на высшем уровне, апартаменты новые, свежие. Персонал очень отзывчивый и готов помочь по любой мелочи. На крыше большая зона у бассейна, где можно хорошо провести время всей семьей. Рядом находится вся необходимая инфраструктура. Идеально подходить для участия в гонке IRONMAN

Hotel con instalaciones nuevas, bebidas de bienvenida, todo lo necesario para tu estadía, sin duda el día que regrese a Cozumel me hospedaré ahí nuevamente. Gracias por las atenciones.

DO NOT BOOK HERE—-KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE!

The hotel was newer and clean. But that is where it ends.

This is an apartment more than hotel meaning that there is lack of employees at this facility. There was a security guard but he did not speak very much English. We would have been fine with that but this place turned out to be a disaster. Upon checking into the penthouse around 4 pm, we turned on the A/C in the main bedroom and it was only blowing out hot air. I called property management on WhatsApp and reported the issue. I was told that this issue would be addressed but it was not so I had called back to let them know I was still waiting after an hour for the issue to be resolved. I was then told by property management to don’t worry about it that a specialist would be there to fix it and to go to dinner. We had dinner and returned around 11 pm to not only find that the A/C was not fixed but nobody even came over to look at it. How I know this is because the room was leaking water like a water fall and several inches of was flooded the bedroom and bathroom. Apparently the pool or something else was leaking from the roof. My things got all wet and AirPods and electronics charger was destroyed also g with items were left in the bathroom because it was not accessible since it was flooded out. We had to check out and find another hotel at 12:30 at night. Virtually our vacation was ruined. The property manager told me that not only the room charges were going to be refunded but I would also be reimbursed for damages of my things. I sent them an itemized list of the damages and never was reimbursed and they are simply ignoring me on WhatsApp, avoiding any conversation. I would have left them a good review if they did not mislead and ignored me but as you see, that did not happen.

Very good

Very nice and big apartment. Brand new hotel. Staff was very nice. Roof terrace has beatiful view.

Room was not cleaned once during our stay of five nights. Trash was not emptied.

Spectacular!!

Very good

The location and amenities were very good. The roof top pool area was exceptional.

The keypad for the door did not work. There was no hot water and the cleaning crew just barged into the room one morning.

Everything was exceptional, loved that it was an aptarment but still considers a hotelc rooms were very well kept and clean, has a kitchen, microwave. the service was great eveyone very friendly. Loved that they offered bikes at no extra charge and used them everyday bc the hotel was so close to eveything. we did only use a taxi once and even that was really cheap. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool with a gorgeous view. Has a nice shaded patio in the lobby with an inside outside style concept. There was nothing that i didn’t like and I’m very picky when I travel
