It was quiet
Staff were nice and friendly and did their best to help when needed.

Not much just the free parking
The front door to get in is always lock. You have to wait for someone to let you in. They charged my visa twice for one night and I still haven’t got my money back. They don’t charge the bed sheets in between customers. The staff is a disaster.

Drug addicts roaming in the parking lot and reception area. Unpleasant smell all throughout.

I like the location of the hotel.
The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible there were stains and black spots on the linen.The floor was dirty.It was completely different than the pictures online

Nothing to be like
Staff is not HONEST, rude, unprofessional in short worst staff, service, smelly hotel and bad location. Lack of informations with rooms weather online or thru app, they wont grant your special request, wont inform u if the room u requested is available until u pay the booking and wont be able to give u a refund , wont give u receipts weather debit receipt or the a copy room receipt when requested, wont give u extra card key even u booked the room for 2 person and will tell u to come back. What the use of reservation?? Will try to suggest and make money from u even the room u booked is King suite downgrade to double size room. For u to be able to get in to the building you have to knock the door. The name on key card they give me is different from the name of the hotel.

Location and price aspects of this place are the only upsides of this hotel. King room with jacuzzi was large and comfy.
Rooms and the interior decoration look very sketchy. There was crack by the bathtub which was not repaired properly. Doors of the hotel are always locked and receptionist who supposed to open the door was not always on his desk.
The room was not dirty but not properly cleaned either. There was not enough towels and 1 of the towel has some stains on it.

Just cleaning
Staff at front desk boy looks like uneducated who don’t have sense and guest are smoking in front of him in lobby and main main gate of lobby even the front desk boy is not dressed up properly . So we check out from there after 10 mints because we are not feeling safe there.

Absolutely nothing.
We walked into the room took a look around and said there’s no way we can stay here. It was filthy, gross, outdated, crumbs, mold on the window and blood on the bed. I wouldn’t have stayed here for free. Literally just wanted a place to stay after traveling all day and at 12:30 am decided it would be better to drive 4 hours home than stay. Located in a sketchy part of town too. And on top of it all I was told I’d be reimbursed the charges for the room and one month later it still hasn’t been done. I contacted my credit card company so they can deal with these thieves. I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me $200 a night. Worst place I’ve ever stepped foot in.

It was easily accessible via Hamilton transit and within walking distance of the GO, made it very easy to find and plan travel around. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that Netflix and Prime were options on the TV, provided a variety of viewing options for the evening.
the continental breakfast that was advertised was closed, and there was only coffee available in the room itself. a couple of teabags included with the coffee would have been nice. I also found the in room refrigerator to be quite loud.

dirty- hair of all kinds in the bathroom and all over the laminate floors. Given 3 different rooms with same results. 3rd room also had no working television. $210.00 deposit was extremely high! Walked back down to the lobby ( 3 floors and no elevator)and requested a full refund which I’m still waiting for.

Location was the big benefit to reserving at this property. We arrived earlier than expected and the gentlemen at the desk let us head to our room. Much appreciated. Staff is all very kind, and price overall was reasonable. We will definitely be back

There wasn’t a free breakfast as advertised. It was closed both mornings that I was there. The entire place was dirty. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Lots of sketchy people in the hotel that seemed like they may be living there. Also, sketchy people hanging around the front door when I came back to the hotel both nights. Outside the front door seems to be the smoking area.

Not much. It was possibly the worst hotel experience of my life. At least staff moved me to a different room at my request when I first arrived, due to the loud neighbouring room.
Keycard writer wasn't working at the front desk so staff had to let guests into rooms with a master card - I didn't have my own keycard during my stay! Broken fixtures, a screaming match in the hall that woke me up at 4:30am, loose door guard in my room. Felt unsafe. Wouldn't stay here for free.

this is not hotel is like motel is very bad don’t return my deposit when we call him, he is tell we have damage in room first time and after tell me, is wrong reason is missing media box and we will speak the manager. He not answer is very bad scam people this Motel I don’t suggest anybody for this Motel👎

The beds were okay, reasonably comfortable.
Building was very run down, old. This is a motel, not a hotel. Parking lot is not a garage, just an open lot if a slummy area of Hamilton. No elevator.

Quietness of the room.
Lack of additional things, like slippers, more shampoo and towel service would have been nice. I asked for room service and never got it.

I liked the clean sheets and comfortable mattress.. Poor quality though, in a year or so will be over used and
man at the desk was polite and wanted to be of assistance. It seemed he did all requests himself.
Only 1 towel issued, too late to ask for second towel.; TV could not turn off. Staff just pulled cord away from outlet.
Room LOW TEMP, no heat, has to turn on by A?C/Heater. Disliked having to put deposit on credit card plus cost of Room.
Parking lot not plowed of snow. Deep frozen ruts in lot. Coffee machiine out of service, was told to use mini coffee maker in Room. no murals to improve atmosphere.

This place is horrible , parking lot not plowed, I didn't stay as I couldn't even get in the parking lot. My car got stuck customer service is terrible to ask me to park somewhere else, and still pay for my hotel and parking at another lot I don't recommend this place.

nothing!!!
we were in the middle of a snow blizzard and the parking lot was not plowed. entrance was not shovelled or salted. the building was freezing cold. the only staff member at counter was wearing a winter coat.
upon arrival, no business sign out side. I called to verify address, gentleman answered “hello”not the hotel name! the carpets and interior room walls were dirty. the first room had used dirty stained sheets and pillow cases. dust and dirt on all furniture. only 1 roll of toilet paper! did not receive discount for dirty sheets. ad offered hot breakfast but did not have!! very disappointed
