If you have an interest for exploring, OceanBrook is conveniently located just minutes off Exit 36 of the Maine Turnpike and is centrally located on the Southern Maine coast. OceanBrook's front lower unit is a 3 bedroom; 2 full bath, 1,110 square foot apartment which provides a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, also with a breakfast bar. The open concept living/dining/kitchen opens on to an enclosed three season front porch which overlooks the front gardens and Jordan Park Marsh. There is a second porch that is accessed from the front bedroom. The unit has ceramic tile and hardwood flooring throughout. For your comfort and convenience, this tastefully appointed unit is fully air conditioned. There are Three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds.
