House Rules:Additional guests (more than 12) will be charged $100 per guest per night. Additional cleaning fees apply for excess cleaning needed outside of standard cleaning. Additional charges for excess wear/tear and damage. Please do not use personal property that is not in common spaces without permission (water/swim mat, corn hole boards etc.). The boat and jet ski are not available for use. Please stay off boat, jet ski, boat lift and jet ski lifts. NO pets allowed on the property/grounds. NO smoking, vaping or tobacco use allowed on the property/grounds. NO partying. House parties will not be tolerated. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. Please clean fish at public cleaning stations and not at our home.
