The beautiful natural park of Villasimius it's about 25 km away. The new golf course Sa Tanka is just 4 Km away, Capitana marina 7 km and the The nearest white send serviced beach with parking and facilities is Poetto beach access and parking are 2 Km away from the villa. The Bellavista shopping parade is 1 Km from the villa (10 minutes walk) it offers several restaurants, a pizzeria, a pub/bar open till late, several shops, a chemist, a large supermarket for grocery, a newsagent.
