It was the cheapest we could find for one night stay
It’s very tired and needs a lot of maintenance. There were only a couple of small towels. The bedding was clean but the room could have done with cleaning - the mirrors were really dusty. The tap in the bathroom was broken and the power shower didn’t work.

Room 4 was very small but compact, bed very comfortable, could open the window nice and wide, soft touch lamp and plenty of places to charge phones etc, full use of kitchen and private toilet and sink, hosts were very helpful and accommodating, shop next door ideal for getting snacks and drinks etc
Room was a little on the small side so got a bit stuffy, maybe put a small fan in the rooms in the summer to help ventilate

Nothing
The shower was terrible didn’t go hot stayed warm at most for a little bit but was really weak, my room didn’t lock at any point someone could have come in and taken my stuff, the kitchen appliances were really bad the oven took ages to heat anything up and most of all the woman that owns the places was incredibly rude, lied and went absolutely crazy making false acusations, never would I ever stay here again even after she offered a discount to use the place again. STAY AWAY!

miss lead on web site saying double bed large double bed and single bed. when really it was one double bed a sofa bed and a camp bed in a cupboard. never stayed was not suitable for us

Did not have breakfast there, but the location was very good.
Maybe should have 2 bathrooms.

The tae/coffee and milk was just perfect for breakfast
Everything was just perfect, the host was very polite and friendly, there are supermarkets around, and the area has link roads to the university and to the town center
