Television with Blue Ray DVD, (no cable or internet) Boom Box Stereo with CD Player, small kitchen with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, hand mixer, (no dishwasher). Stack washer and dryer, Iron and small Ironing Board, one car garage, small grassy yard, and small deck on the west side of the home with a table and 4 chairs. Sonoma County TOT CERT #: 1819N

It was wonderful, cute inside. Out side yard could use some maintenance. Felt like home away from home.

My wife and I spent two nights at this charming house. It's in a great neighborhood and walking distance to the grocery store and a few restaurants. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It's on a corner lot with a view of the bay. The photos online are accurate. We hope to stay here again soon and would highly recommend it.

The location is perfect. The property management personnel were very responsive to our questions and this made our stay pleasant. The property is adequate and about what I’d expect for an old home. It would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues because of older home issues. Once we were acquainted with how to turn on the heat and aired out the cottage’s mustiness, we were cozy and content. The neighbors were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
