Location was good, quite central, staff were lovely.
No elevator so lugging heavy packs up 3 floors in the heat. The shower was a disaster(room 302), just a dribble although my kids room one was good (301). Pool was smaller and more dated than photos show, in fact the photos show a much more modern hotel all around, I am not sure the glowing reviews are entirely recent!

A very central hotel near the main road of Hua Hin. The property is a bit dated but it is well equipped with spacious room. It feels like stepping back to holiday in the 1980s!
Things are a bit dated, the shower curtain looks like it has seen better days and doesn't stop water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom.

I had a quick one night stay a while ago coming back from Bangkok and really loved the little hotel I stayed. I forgot to leave a review and still can do it so here it goes. The location is great, the staff was really friendly and helpful. It is a classic a bit old but very clean hotel with nice amenities and with it own unique touch. I really enjoyed my super brief stay.
Nothing I could see to improve in this nice cozy hotel right in the hearth of Hua Hin, I would stay there again.

Near the beach. Room is good size, ok but decor a little tired. Bed was comfy. I have stayed here before and was happy to return.
It was overpriced for what they offer. I see the price has dropped now so may suit you better.

For the price, the room was surprisingly large. It had all the amenities one would need, especially facilities to make tea and coffee. Toiletries are restocked every day as are 2 complementary bottles of water. The staff were very friendly and the pool was just large enough to make going for a dip worthwhile. The location is highly convenient as the hotel is located opposite a McDonald's restaurants to drop into for a late snack or cup of coffee. Shopping malls are located nearby and if you enjoy long walks like me, they're all within a decent strolling distance.
The only downside was the shower. It is located in a bath tub which can be a little slippery when soap is used. The hotel uses an older centralized water-heater system from the 1980s, so getting a balance between hot and cold is almost impossible. Often the shower head dispenses either cold water or very hot with warm running only a few seconds before the balance is lost.

Enjoyed my stay, maybe a little expensive for what it is, but great location and staff were good with me, will stay there again on my next trip.
Only a little expensive and maybe breakfast could have had a little more to it.
Maybe price was comparable for Hau Hin, but still a little expensive.
Water containers and hot water kettle need a clean (clean regularly)

Location is central, restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is old but properly maintained. Furniture solid wood probably from the 80s. B3d comfortable. Excellent value.
Shower could be easier to operate.
