You can relax by the fireplace with a glass of wine, cozy up on the couch while watching your favorite show, or play a game of Pool. In the Master bedroom you'll notice there's a dedicated work space if you ever need to work remotely, an en suite bathroom and sliding glass door that goes into a private patio. All three bedrooms and the living room have Smart TVs and there is strong WIFI throughout the house and yard. Guests have full access to the 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home, 2 car garage with washer and dryer, privately fenced in backyard with a heated pool and 5 hole putting green. Home is conveniently a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Also nearby is the Empire Polo Grounds that host the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. For entertainment you're close by to Fantasy Springs Casino and Agua Caliente Casino. Home is located next to these attractions, Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Joshua Tree National Park and El Paseo. Vehicle transportation is recommended. Uber, Lyfts and Taxis are more than welcome. Guests have full access to the driveway and garage for parking. Landscape is done every Thursday on the front yard only Pool maintenance is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Quiet hours are 10pm-8 am. Please do not touch the pool equipment and contact your host if you'd like the jacuzzi/pool on or if you'd like the temperature adjusted. There will be a $75 daily pool heating fee. If there are any water balloons thrown in the back or front of the yard there will be a $100 fee for clean up.
