It is a nice private place to stay. If renting I recommend that prior to the date of rental that a request be made on acquiring instructions on how to use water heater. Also you need instructions on operating air conditioning and microwave. Alberto the manager was very responsive to my request during my stay.

The travel trailer was clean and as pictured. My only concern were very small ants that were in the unit. But for the price I would stay here again. The area felt safe. A short drive to a very nice beach

Alberto was a WONDERFUL host! He was very helpful anytime I inquired about any question I had! My kids and I LOVED the RV, and it was our 1st experience! Very spacious indeed. It was in a rather quiet gated property. Our place was very clean, quaint & furnished. Also, equipped with basic toiletries, towels/pillows/sheets, cook-ware, utensils, silverware, basic condiments, fridge, stove, sink, oven, Bathroom(with shower), AC...etc! It had it all! They even had a small play area for kids outside on the lot. A major plus, we were located close to all commercial stores & local highways (off rt22 & rt2). My 2 kids & I will never forget our awesome experience there at Tierras Nuevas. I would definetly rent AGAIN! Thank you Alberto, EXCELLENT!
