Nothing, it was by far the worst property I’ve ever stayed at.
Everything! So dirty, bugs everywhere, hair in the towels, it was so cold and damp, and the whole place was run down. The property manager told me the place had been professionally cleaned- I recommend you fire that cleaner asap. Top it all off and the downstairs smelled like weed and there was an insanely loud party in the basement until almost 5am. We got absolutely no sleep, and the manager doesn’t offer refunds or much help at all.

It was very spacious and had everything that was promised! A TV and AC in every room really was amazing in the hot weather. Our host gave fast responses and was so friendly! Would love to stay there again!

Everything was perfect and Spacious, Alot of Lightings, Neat and organised, quite neighborhood...Very clean and the host was very great, We enjoyed our stay, Great location and free parking as well...Free Parking and the checking in into the property was easy and smooth

We would definitely stay there again anytime we visit Newark
