The location was close to grocery store and we usually get our supplies for breakfast in the morning.

The host didn't clean up the apartment. He promised to bring to us new beddings/sheets but he failed to do so and we have to manage ourselves for the entire duration of our stay.

Lack of kitchen utensils. Having to clean the following: Food burnt on oven tray. Spilt coffee stuck to cupboard door. Loose floor pannels in hallway, serious slip hazard. Shower not draining due to being clogged with hair and soap. Floor and skirtings not cleaned in bathrooms, especially around the toilets

Spacious apartment and good location for Cockfosters station, off street parking. Good communication with host.

No dislikes, but maybe the owners can consider a few things to update. Apartment missing a few little things and needs some tlc, like not enough cutlery, no kitchen sink plug. The sofa bed needs replacing as its like laying on a wooden board and the laminate flooring in the hallway slides around due to bits missing.

Good location and parking, spacious and clean, tea/coffee and milk.

I liked everything about the apartment. Cozy, clean, and great hosts who were available for any queries. My colleague and I travelled for a conference in the Uni. Herts and it was so close to our venue.

Nothing major or minor. Everything seemed to be in order. Extra pair of keys would have been nice.

Shower was good, and that there were 2 bathrooms.

No lighting in hallway (security issue), no lighting in lounge and kitchen which the owner was aware of but didn't let us know, only told us when we phoned to say there were no lights. Floorboards that didn't fit. No plugs for sink. Not enough towels (3 people for 2 nights, only 1 dirty hand towel, and 2 bath towels one of which had marks on it). Keys left in a vermin control box Fat splatters over kitchen area, kitchen not clean. Bathroom not clean. Poor communication. No indication where the flat actually was in the appartment block. No indication what to do when we left the property (ie where to leave keys). Paint falling off walls, broken porcelain in bathroom.
