Nestled in Granby, this lovely house for $449 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our gorgeous home sits on the premier VIEW street of Granby Ranch, with views towards the Fraser River, the Ski Area at Granby Ranch and the Continental Divide. You will see Longs, Grays and James Peak as it is perched on the top of Pawnee in the exclusive neighborhood of Prospect Ridge at Granby Ranch. Enjoy Ski Granby Ranch with Skiing, Golfing, and summer festivals just mins down the street. Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Rocky Mountain National Park are also just 20 minutes down the road! Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 2 family rooms that have a fireplace in each. On the main level you will find our kitchen, dining, main living area, half bath, office, and master bedroom with ensuite bath. This level also features an office with door for privacy and queen size murphey bed. Our upstairs level features our loft area game room with 2 full size bunk beds and a separate full bed, game table, and shuffle board! Our lower level features a bedroom with 2 full size beds and ensuite bath, our huge bunk room with 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin, and a sleeper sofa. We also have a king size bedroom, a family room, a large bathroom. Our brand new hot tub is off of the lower level family room on the deck. All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker). House Rules 1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense. 2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine. 3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime. 4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 5 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred. 5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out. 6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit. Important to note- Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present. Please see nightly minimums below. Please check on dates, even if booked. We have 12 other homes in the same neighborhood! NIGHTLY MINIMUMS (shorter times are considered as we get closer to the dates): During times not listed below: 2 nights, but 1 night works if midweek or next to another rental. Ski Season (Dec - mid-April): 4 nights MLK Weekend: 4 nights Presidents Weekend: 5 nights Peak Ski Season: (Late Feb / March / Early April): 5 nights April: 3 nights first weekend, 2 nights the rest of the month Memorial Weekend: 4 nights Summer (June - August): 5 nights 4th of July: 5 nights Labor Day Weekend: 3 nights September: 3 nights Thanksgiving: 4 nights Christmas & New Years (mid Dec - early Jan): 5 nights.

Beautiful and amazing views everywhere you looked. If you look at the pictures on the site, make sure to look at the windows… those pictures do not lie! We had two families there for a wedding in the mountains (groom and bride) and we all loved the house, the layout, the huge open kitchen that was well equipped, the hot tub, shuffle board, and ability to all sit at the table together. Would book it again in a heartbeat!!

First off if I could give it 10 stars for all the categories I would. It started as a dream to have all of us go to Colorado. Once I found this house I was pretty excited to see the dream take shape. We arrived on Saturday and the house was jaw dropping, absolutely beautiful. So much more than expected. The kitchen is well stocked and the view blew my mind. The views from all 4 decks were amazing, from coffee in the morning to a nice drink in the evening to watch the sunset. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms spacious, with plenty of closest and drawer space. The main bedroom is on the main floor, 3 bedrooms on the lower floor and there is a bed on the top floor, which is also the game room. The game room on the top floor has a shuffle board table and games. The whole house was very clean. You can tell they take great pride in this house. Laundry room is large and the machines are top of the line. Granby Ranch is down the hill from the house, they have live music twice a week and the outside area is large enough for kids to run. The two towns, Granby and Lake Grand are close by. Rocky Mountain National Park is 20 minutes away, not a bad drive. If you do not get the timed entry passes to the park there are many trails around the area to hike. I would highly recommend this house. Thank you for helping make a dream come true for all of us.

Exceptionally nice house. Well stocked with essentials. Spacious. Eleven people stayed comfortably. Only 1 negative for me. The bedroom on the main floor needs a new mattress. I would definitely recommend this house and stay here again.
