We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture. The pros are location, buggies and rolling racks provided for easy moving in and out, ease of check in, absence of keys, communication with the property manager by text, and the view. We booked through VRBO. The property is named Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort. We chose this location because of past experiences with the tennis facilities. You can’t use the tennis courts unless you book through Vacasa property management. The property name is misleading. That was an enormous letdown. Now that we are home, my husband has informed me our unit had several large “water bugs”. The balcony was very small - like 3 people sitting up in chairs. The kitchen cookware is very tired - I realize that’s not the homeowner’s fault as they’re not the ones beating it up so badly. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to review this unit and our stay. We were there 7 nights.

Wonderful views of the beach - almost like a picture. The location near the grill and the pool are ideal if you've got kids. Our only minor minor complaint was that it could get a bit warm in the unit toward the late afternoon even with the AC running. Not a big deal at all - we would stay here again!

Before I reserved our stay, I looked at reviews so I wanted to make sure to leave an honest review for those who plan on staying at Tops’l - Beach Manor 0811 — 1. The ocean front view is incredible, the balcony was great & the whole condo was comfortable & spacious, even for a family of 5. The convenience of literally taking an elevator down & being a couple steps away from the beach is the wow factor. They had toilet paper, towels, paper towels. Functioning dishwasher, washer & dryer. — only downside was the bathrooms, it looked like the showers could have been cleaned better, we saw mold. Other than that, pleasant stay, great location.

Overall, the condo is pretty. However, needs many upgrades. 2nd bedroom light did not work upon our arrival. Had to use the lamps; which is no big deal. The washer or dryer did not work. The washer did not spin. The dryer did not dry. Had to get towels sent for the remaining of the trip. Unable to wash clothing. Had to purchase extra clothes for the kids. Would not recommend staying here based upon my experience.

Unit is nice and directly on the beach for excellent sunset views. Golf is close, as are the outlets.

GREAT location, AWESOME view of the ocean..everything you’d need is on the resort or very close by.. private beach access was nice, not too crowded. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to return at least once a year!
