The space As you step onto the deck, you'll be greeted by the breathtaking ocean views that stretch for miles. Spend your days lounging outdoors, dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the panoramic views. Inside, the great room welcomes you with cozy furnishings, plenty of natural light, and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a gas stove, sink with ocean view and a great layout for people to assist. There is a breakfast bar with seating for four. The great room provides the perfect space for family dinners, watching the game or movies and entertaining guests. Upstairs boasts a large front and back deck connected outside on the south side. It is hard to leave the home to go to the beach when the deck life is so much fun :) The front deck has a bar with a view, dining table for 6 for al-fresco meals and four tall bar chairs for chilling. There is a large space if you want to do yoga, layout or have a play area for the kids. Out back you will find a new gas grill and the best sunsets. The three bedrooms are uniquely decorated with rustic beach-inspired furnishings, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable and inviting place to rest an after a long day at the beach. They are located opposite the upstairs great room and downstairs for maximum privacy. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the deck with ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, desk/office space and direct access to the deck as well. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a king-size bed and shares a bathroom with the downstairs living area with full size futon, all with ocean views. Outside, the house features a spacious yard with native vegetation and resident Gopher tortoise. The first floor porch is shaded by the upstairs deck and is usually breezy. There are two chair swings and two Adirondack chairs for relaxing. There is a large hose at the top of the driveway for rinsing off. Plenty of parking in the long driveway. The beach access is right across the street and this beach does not get crowded because of the limited parking. It feels semi-private. The beach access has changed. It is ok for people that are fit. People that aren’t fit or have trouble walking should probably use another beach. You can use your hands and stay low on the rocks but not if it’s high tide. We had a storm and rocks were moved to protect the blue house and now you have to go down a Sandy hill and then climb over some rocks. The county plans to fix this but the date has not been determined. There is a list of all the beaches close by in the house booklet on both floors. Summer Haven is a popular surf spot and locals' beach. You'll soon realize why it is everyone's favorite. Guest access Access will be through the back door because of all the salt that would affect the electronic lock. You will have access to the entire house, except for a downstairs bedroom which is locked with the owners private things. Other things to note You must be able to climb stairs to access the upstairs great room with kitchen, decks and first and second bedrooms. Downstairs has everything you need but a kitchen so you could bring food down and eat downstairs with the table and enjoy the futon sofa and recliner if someone doesn't do stairs.
