This is another great spot for the kids to hang out and this room also provides direct access out to the oceanside balcony where you will again be able to enjoy those great ocean views. Adjacent to the two top floor sleeping areas and the living room there is a full bath with a walk-in shower. This room also doubles as the laundry room where you will find a full-size washer and dryer. On this top level you will also find a very large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small appliances.
