About this house rental
Welcome to our charming North End home. Cozy up in the reading nook w/ your favorite book or with family around the fireplace in our spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes two ovens for families who love to cook. Seating for 4-5 at the dining table plus 2-3 more at the adjoining kitchen bar. Enjoy a meal on the outdoor deck w/ seating for 6 in summer months. Bedroom 1 offers a twin bed, Bedroom 2 a queen bed, the ensuite has a king bed with a dedicated work space. Pets welcomed when added to reservation with pet fee. However pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Communication was easy and the location was excellent. Our kids did great in the house and we had an easy relaxing stay. Loved the neighborhood and walking our dog around as well as the close location to point defiance park.

The place had everything we needed and was very pet friendly and accommodating. Very quiet nice neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and offered a lot of support. Spacious layout. Host had excellent communication with responses typically within minutes. Would definitely stay again thank you Tim.

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was comfortable and convenient for us. It's cute... as pictured. We needed to connect with Tim a couple of times and he was responsive and helpful. All good! Thanks for the good stay.

We stayed for a volleyball tournament at UPS. Great location, very clean and host was responsive. We’ll be back again!
