The owner came to explain us everything so we felt right at home. He even left a cake there. Such a nice touch! The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you might need. Comfortable even for parties up to 6 people, with two bathrooms and showers.

For our style it’s maybe a bit old fashioned, and it doesn’t have a view onto the natural beauty of the area. The kitchen could do with a few more basics. But everything was clean and well-kept so all in all these are really just nitpicks and we were very happy to stay there.

The appartment was great, spacios, cozy and clean. Bed was very comfortable, there were also two bathrooms. Nice building with a very convenient entrance. Situated close to all the main attractions in the city, train station and grossery shop. The owner was really nice - he met us, showed everything that was needed in the apartment, gave a lot of reccomendations for us to enjoy our stay in the city, had prepared very delicios cake, that we were gradually enjoying throught the whole stay:) The owner communicated good in English.

Perfect location right next to center; very clean, simple, everything felt brand new. A true 3BR apartment, kitchen, living, 2 baths with clothes washer and two balconies to enjoy or hang your clothes to dry. Friendly coffee shop and grocery downstairs. Super reasonable price. Free parking across the street. We understood we were the first Americans to stay here so this is a shout out to other Americans: You won't find a better place at this price point. Very friendly, responsive and warm host. We loved being in Zumaia.

This is not a true hotel; it is a block of apartments in a residential building with no signage except the address so you need to trust google and clearly communicate with host to meet you there. He was very flexible and showed up quickly when we arrived earlier than we said.
