Brand new and wonderfull hotel with a beautiful masjid on the 36th floor with a direct view to the kabaa, staff was great and breakfast was also great. Rooms are big and clean all the time. This is the nicest hotel I ever stayed in!! Great work

المسافة ليست قريبة جدا من الحرم خيارات الإفطار اليومي ليست بمستوى خمس نجوم نظام التكييف كان مزعجا اول ليلة إلى ان جاء موظف الصيانة واعاد برمجة التكييف

Tout était parfait ! L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre et le personnel toujours souriant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux! Le buffet très copieux, mention spécial pour Youcef qui est très sympathique et serviable ! Pour aller au haram il y a une navette disponible 24/24h sans attente elle nous ramène à la mosquée en moins d'une minute! Vraiment tout était parfait j'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir dans cet hôtel

Le standing de l’hôtel mais pas comme aux Émirats.

Sur Instagram, pour vous vendre les nuits d’hôtel, ils vont vous dire qu’il y a une zone piétonne direct au Haram, attention c’est faux !!! Il y a des toutes petites navettes toutes les 15 minutes et blindées ! L’hôtel est loin, je déconseille ! Allez au Hyatt Regency, il est top ! Ils font des tests d’alarmes incendies sans prévenir, ma mère a eu le cœur qui palpitait pendant 3 jours. Ils nous ont mentis en disant que c’est un client qui a mis de l’encens, mais une autre collègue a eux nous a dit la vérité et nous a dit que c’était des tests. Ils ont fait ça pendant 3 jours !!!! Lors du Check out, une catastrophe, le personnel n’est pas formé. Nous avons demandé à ce qu’une personne vienne prendre nos bagages de notre chambre, la réceptionniste ne savait qu’il fallait qu’elle saisisse un formulaire. Donc le bagagiste n’avait aucune demande. Après plusieurs aller-retour, nos bagages sont arrivés au bout de 50 minutes !!!! Et le pauvre taxi attendait sous la chaleur !!!! La salle de prière du 36eme (38 je ne me souviens plus) n’est même pas encore finie. Vraiment évitez cet hôtel, ils ne sont pas encore au point, peut-être que dans un an ça ira mieux quand le chemin sera fait et le personnel formé !

الفندق جديد وجميل والغرف واسعة.

يعيبه ضعف العوازل حيث اني قد سمعت اصوات للدوريات وانا في الطابق العشرين، وكذلك اصوات من يتحدث في الممرات. عموماً أعيد السكن فيه.

خدمه الغرف جدااااااا بطيئه و بعض الاشياء في الغرفه لا تعمل

This has to be one of the best 5 star hotels i have stayed in. Very modern, rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing. There is a shuttle that drops you off at start of the haram, highly recommended.

The location is near Alharam, they have a 24/7 bus transfer. The design is perfect as usual for ADRESS. The staff in the reception were so welcome inh and helpful. The place in general is prestigious.

VISA / MATERCARD payment is not working most of the time. The hotel staff should be as good as the receptionists in the hotel.

الديزاين والافطار يعتبران الافضل في مكة حاليا ، الموظفين على درجة عالية من الاخلاق

سياسة الكلوب او الاونج مجحفة جدا اذا لم يحصل تغيير ،، خدمة الغرف بطيئة نوعا ما والاكل ممكن يوصلك بارد ،، حاليا التنقل صعب لكن خدمة الباص ممتازة الانتظار شبه معدوم
