The house was great and well laid out.

It could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival and a couple of additional cleaning supplies would have been appreciated. For example, we could not find a full size broom

The property was beautiful.

Our first night arriving was scary for everyone simply because we were climbing a mountain in a truck and the roads seem to get thinner with every twist and turn. Did I mention it was pitch black. I should also mention the house didn’t come equipped with minimal cleaning supplies such as a broom and dust pan. The property also didn’t have Wi-Fi and consistently calling customer service for help was a dead end. During our stay a stranger showed up to the property walked up the stairs and stood outside until we asked if “we could help him with anything”? He asked if we’d seen his missing dog and after we said no he left. It wouldn’t have been odd if he called for it at least once but he didn’t. On our morning of checkout another man showed up saying he was there to clean the gutters and couldn’t leave until his boss arrived. I asked him if he could park away from the property and wait for us to continue loading up our car so that my family wouldn’t feel uncomfortable and he did for awhile. We were still loading our vehicle up when he returned with a larger group of men who then began to unload materials right next to our truck. Needless to say we hurried up and left. It was so rude and unprofessional to be treated that way when we were trying to protect the children that was with us along with our grandparents and ourselves. Overall everything else was wonderful on our family vacation.
