Fantastic property, centrally located and Caroline was a very friendly and contactable host

This house exceeded all expectations. It is a beautiful house with everything you could need on hand. The host is a lovely lady who was very happy to meet us with the key & show us around. She was available for any questions we had & gave us plenty of options on things to do. Excellent.

a massive property with everything you could possibly need in a great location really couldn’t have got anywhere better in New Ross i dont think.

property was in a fantastic location, not far from the Main Street in new Ross, excellently equipped,the host was absolutely fantastic , communication was excellent and was really flexible, fabulous courtyard and gardens too.

We would highly recommend staying here! The photos don't even do the house justice. It is an amazing house to spend time in and has everything you could possibly need. Caroline was an incredible welcoming host and couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

(Hardly worth mentioning compared to all the wonderful features of the house) we personally would have liked full curtains/shutters/blinds in all the bedrooms.

Stunning and extremely spacious property - photos do not do it justice! Fully equipped with any of the necessities you may require during your stay. A great location with only 5-7 minute walk from local bars and shops!

Nothing negative to say about our stay!

The location is perfect with just a short stroll to the centre with plenty of great hostelries and shops. The Dunbrody famine ship is a two minute walk with great visitor amenities and a stunning view of the river. We also went to the JFK arboretum which is full of beautiful walks and great coffee and homemade cakes. Altogether just a fantastic base to tour the area and enjoy the town from this amazing property.

We had to leave to go home as we would have loved to move in permanently to this house.

The fact that she had it on booking.com as available then Sent a message saying that it was to short notice to accommodate us but the payment was take. When I said to her about it said I’d have to take it up with booking.com
