Situated in Miramar Beach, this lovely condo for $380 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This one bedroom , one full bath unit is on the first floor and just steps from the pool. The master bedroom has a King size bed. It is centrally located in the Sandestin Resort with great views and is peacefully away from the crowded rentals by Baytowne. Come sit on the back deck and watch the boats coming and going from the Sandestin Marina and watch golfers tee off at the 14th hole. There is a pullout couch for additional guests. Watch the fireworks at Baytowne Wharf from the privacy of the back deck. Particular Harbour has two complimentary Yolo bikes and a brand new (4) seater golf cart to cruise the resort. The resort has plenty of walking and jogging trails, and safe access to the beach across Highway 98 via a tunnel. Particular Harbor is steps away from several fishing lakes. On the Sandestin resort there are numerous restaurants and shops, a theater, and activities for the kids at Baytowne Wharf.

The condo was very clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. All around great little place to stay. Very easily accessible and all the information you need for the neighborhood. The management team was easy to communicate with when we had any questions. The only bad thing was that our stay was not long enough 👍

From the moment we got to the condo we fell in love! So clean, fresh, and inviting the decor and comfort were fantastic. Absolutely loved the location (watching the turtles and wildlife from the deck) as well as driving around on the resort in the golf cart!! All the amenities were very thought out and apparently! Dealing with Beach Bums was easy and informative. We hope to be back very soon!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This our 7th year making this location our New Year’s Eve getaway destination. We stay in different condos along Harbour Point every year. We make sure to get a balcony facing the Bay for fireworks display view. As usual the condo was just what we expected with one exception. We have never been in a condo over the years in that area where they did not have ceiling fans on. With not knowing what type of weather you’re going to get in Florida, circulating air even with air conditioning for us is a must.

The condo is fantastic! Well maintained, comfy bed, nice layout, great deck, and the view!!!! Close to everything and having the golf cart was super fun. Definitely on our list of favorite places we’ve stayed!

The day we arrived my dad passed away. We made the best of it for our 6 year old. We left a day early only because my dad's passing was to much take in on a vacation. We love Sandestin and baytowne. We try and go 2 or 3 times a year. Everything with the condo and resort was great.

Smooth and easy check in, owner texted multiple times before and after check in to make sure everything was good. Place was clean and had everything we needed and then some. We have stayed at other properties in the subdivision and this was our favorite!

First and foremost. Leslie and her condo “The Oasis” was a fantastic place to stay. It was my Family’s first time staying at Sandestin and I believe we have found are place every year. Sandestin had everything thing you needed from food, activities, shopping, fishing. Not the game changer which made us love this trip was the golf cart. You can literally park you car for the stay and drive the cart everywhere like Publix, Baytown whalf, beach, shopping, restaurants. Everyplace even had golf cart parking. If you love fishing as do my son and I. There were multiple ponds to choose from along with the bay. Maintenance, property managers, security were extremely friendly and took me some really good spots to fish. I will for sure be back.

The property was beautiful, very clean, golf cart was top notch. Communication and hospitality was amazing. Harbor Point is a great place in the resort as we have stayed prior but this property had an amazing sunset view. Very close to pool. I have to complaints with this property and very much looking to stay again in the near future.

We loved this place!! It has a beautiful view of the bay, Baytowne Wharf and the golf course! Very quiet and nice neighbors! The condo is super clean and perfect for two or four! If this property is open when we decide to go back we will definitely stay there again! And the golf cart is a game changer! Love never having to move our car until time to leave! The owner is super nice and communicated well with us!!
