About this space When you're visiting Exeter, enjoy returning to this gorgeous, comfortable home for some relaxation. Located in a quiet road close to the City Centre, University and St Davids Train Station; a mere two-minute walk away. With a bright and airy lounge as well as a large open-plan kitchen and dining room, there is plenty of space for entertaining during your stay. Take advantage of the garden in the summer months, to unwind after a busy day sightseeing. The perfect base for your next city break. The space This is a classic Victorian terraced property with beautiful original features throughout. It has been specifically furnished for the purpose of hosting guests and therefore, everything was newly purchased in 2022. Neutrally decorated throughout with plenty of light, the house has a classic feel that is attractive to all. The well-proportioned rooms allow guests to have their own space during their stay and it is filled with all the usual modern amenities making your stay as comfortable as if you were at home. On entry, you are welcomed into a bright hallway with the lounge on your left and the kitchen/dining room beyond. The utility room also houses a wc. The double bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Please be aware the fireplace is ornamental only. Guest access The home and garden is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else. Other things to note The holiday home is equipped with small hand soaps, toilet roll and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay. If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 48 hours notice to our cleaners. Pass the Keys® provides a high standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned, with hotel-quality linen. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. You are welcome to use and enjoy the outdoor seating areas. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover. If the management team are called out to a resolve an issue where you are at fault, you will incur a £50 callout charge, i.e. if you cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, but you have unplugged the router. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
