All furniture, kitchen, premium bedding, and appliances, brand new, july 2023. Conveniently located just 10 minutes to Gulf beaches! 1 minute to the Boca Ciega, Seminole City Park and Pinellas trail! Directly across from the huge front lawn, Kids will enjoy the playground, adults can walk, bike, or scooter the famous trail. There’s even a lake to fish! At the ESTATE, relax and chill at the heated pool or Hot Tub or shaded giant bamboo trees in the rear yard. Living room features a fireplace,. Two master suites with en-suite full baths. 55” Smart TVsOne is just off the front door for easy disabled guests or grand parents. A fully shaded dog pen is located in the rear yard. Theres dining seating for 16 family, kitchen. Both masters have smart TVs walk-in closet, walk-in showers. Three additional generous bedrooms all have smart TVs. new with comfy mattress and bedding. The pool area has 4 pool lounge chairs, BBQ grill, additional shaded Relaxing areas. And heated pool. Parking for 6 cars and your boat or RV. The private fenced in rear yard is a true oasis! Exterior landscape lighting adds to the beauty at night. This property is simply stunning and private. You won’t be disappointed.

Had some basic things there so we didn't have to buy. Good location and plenty of room. Pool and hot tub nice.

This was the perfect property for our family get-together. Large grounds for kids to play. They LOVED the swing by the way. House was open concept so that we could virtually interact with a group in one room and still see the people in the room on the other side of the house. Each bedroom was comfortable. I can only speak for the primary bedroom bed but it was extremely comfortable with nice linens. Very accurate to the listing description. Kitchen very well appointed with plenty of needed dishes. The only thing I would say is there was an issue with shower/toilet drainage on the third and fourth day but was addressed immediatley when contacting homeowner. Stephen was a delight to work with. Always stayed in contact and was available by phone whenever I had a question. Would definitely recommend this property.

House is big. Everything in the house was clean and organized. There are two master bedrooms with their bathroom. The Jacuzzi was great !

9 of us traveled to Florida from out of state to have a family get together. House is accurately described in details and photos. Amazing home with nice upgrades and back patio is like your own private resort. Severely of us aren’t beach people and never felt the want or need to leave the property. Relaxing and beautiful are things that describe the home. We all came from cold weather states so it was great to enjoy a pool something very foreign to us! The outside patio furniture looked new and was comfortable, even an outside TV to stream movies or music. Plenty of bedrooms for us all 8 adults and one child. Location was about a 10 minute drive to reddington beach area so great for restaurants and beach access. The child loved the park across the street from home, huge playground, endless entertainment.
Truly a great experience. Amenities were endless there wasn’t anything we ran out of or couldn’t find for our week long stay. We would 100% stay here again. If I could afford it I’d buy the place “as is” and do the same as current host is doing! Haven’t seen my family in a year since we live in several different states. So thank you for a great stay in a hole that is comfortable and convenient for what we needed with 9 people.

From beginning to end was just amazing! House was clean and amazing just as the pictures show. Steve was very responsive and extremely helpful! Would rent again and again!

We had 4 families ranging in age from 10 yrs to 77 yrs, for a total of 10 people plus 2 drop-ins for 2 nights. The place slept us all very well (the twin-bed room needs window coverings since it faces east and the main road!) and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, large screen-enclosed pool and hot tub. A great plus would be drying racks in the pool area for wet pool towels and swimsuits. And hooks or racks in the bathrooms to dry bath towels. The kitchen was large enough to perform group cooking with no lack of cooking space, although more storage space for food items would have been a plus. There are lots of drawers but only one kitchen cabinet for storage. An additional credenza-style cabinet in the actual kitchen area would have been appreciated by the cooks. More carving knives and a way to sharpen them would be very much appreciated. Plus a colander, a corkscrew for wine, and a sturdier can opener would be great.
Our host, Stephen, was very quick to answer any questions or correct any issues that we encountered during our stay. He seems to continually make updates to the property so renters might want to check back to view the changes after booking to avoid any surprises.
The location was perfect as there was a community park across the street, the neighborhood was very quiet and we were within quick rides to all the local beach areas and activities.

Overall we had a good stay. There were some issues with the air but the property owner was quick to get someone out to fix it.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Accurately described on vrbo app. Comfortable accomodations. Nice pool. Body wash and hand soap in each bathroom as well as some pantry items. Garage was not usable for parking, but owner may get rid broken sofa that was in there before long. Beautiful front yard. Park across the street was really nice with paved walking trail. Not as close to the beach as we thought, but still not bad. Communication with owner was superb and he brought us a needed item right away which was awesome. The bedroom with 2 singles needs curtains. Kitchen nicely stocked but could use a couple cookie sheets or baking pans. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a fairly large group looking for a decently priced place.

We had a great vacation at a great house. Stephen was a great host and has put together an excellent vacation property. We had a large group, and there was plenty of room for everyone. 5 bedrooms, living room and family room provided plenty of space, and the pool and hot tub were favorites. Just a quick drive to the beaches and shopping and dining. Only have good things to say about this house and we can't wait to come back again. Our group was made up of grandparents, parents with kids and 1 happy dog. Everyone had a great time. Again, thanks to Stephen for helping us to have a great week.
