Room phone, tv, and ice maker were all broken. Room was not stocked with coffee. Front desk had a hard time providing coffee.
Room was ready early, but charged $20 for arriving 30 min early.

We requested an ACCESIBLE room and were given one on the 3rd floor. Almost brand new building. The issue was that because of an early storm, the building lost all power and there was no emergency generator. Elevators were not functional placing a hardship for a person with limited mobility to come down three flights of stairs.
Furthermore, the personnel, specifically the night shift manager, was at a total loss on how to proceed. He informed me that even after he had called the GM, the GM said he would stay at home and do nothing.
How is it that this property was allowed to operate without the emergency generator?
Where is the building inspection certificate and how did the county or city allowed this to happen?
Clearly a corrupt and inept team all along
What is the responsibility of Wyndham when overseeing commitment to safety?

Hotel is right off the highway next to other hotels. Only 10mins from the casinos. Area was real quiet and had plenty of food options.

There was an awful smell the entire time and the keypads didn't work which led to switching rooms. I feel like my party would be credited.

Elevator areas had an unpleasant smell and my room reeked of bacon. Ants in the sink of my room and the sliding barn door leading into the bathroom needs adjusting because it was almost impossible to get open from inside the bathroom.

My son and i needed a place to stay during the recent ice storm and we were very pleased with this location. We had a great stay and the service was great.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. unfortunately there was a busload of teenage kids that stayed next door and down the hall and we could've done without them but all inn all, twas ok.

The staff was extremely helpful, attentive and accommodating. The rooms (bathroom included) were very clean. I really enjoyed the more secluded location because it wasn't grouped or crowded with the other nearby hotels.

Everything was great except for the requirement of a $50 deposit. I've been to hotels where the deposit was either optional or not required. All hotels should be that way!

Nice new hotel. The t.v. was mostly inoperable, due to satellite dish problems. Hairdryer missing, and breakfast was subpar.

It was the best motel that I have ever stayed in,it was super clean,it must be a new motel because it was like staying in a brand new house.

The hotel was new and clean. Check in took a long time. We had ask for a king bed but none were available. We agreed to two queens but the employee was having problems and had to call a manager to get us checked in. When we got to our room the tv didn’t work. I called the front desk and there were no extra rooms to move us. So we had no tv and when we told someone at the desk the next morning they just said they were sorry. As long as everything is working in your room it is fine. However, if any problem solving or customer service is required, this is not your best choice.

The only think I could possibly say is that the mattresses need to be replaced. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They readily answered our questions and we’re all so pleasant. Hotel was very clean and the hot breakfast was great!

The hotel was nice enough. When we got there to check in we had to wait probably close to 10 minutes to check in due to 1 lady outside smoking and the other lady watching tv and not paying attention. Second we booked through a 3rd party we were charged a different amount at the hotel. Never have I ran into this. Everything else was great

I requested that the rooms be changed to queen beds. Hotel told me ahead of time that there would be no issue. However it was a major issue. I got 2 king rooms. So I then asked for a roll away bed in one of the rooms. I was assured the bed would be sent to my room. When I arrived back to the hotel later that night, bed was not there . Also, the entire hotel had a musty smell to it. Rooms themselves were very spacious and clean.

I reserved a little over a month ago and they called me last minute to cancel on me. They said that the 3rd party was responsable for letting me book with no room. How is that possible that they call and tell me this the day of the check in. At 5pm! I understand I didn’t pay in advance but you cannot just cancel on someone that same day especially when your 3 hours from home.

Your entire facility was very clean and organized. The room was very nice. Very clean, Very nice bathroom. But the very best about my stay was the lady on duty that night went way above and beyond duty to help me and my sister, vwith a car breakdown situation I had. She actually sent a friend of hers to go to the auto parts store to buy the part that I need, with my money of course. I was so appreciative. We also felt that your pricing was very economical Especially after staying there and seeing how nice it was.
