We rent the 2022 South Bay tritoon boat at the dock on-site upon request. The cottage sits on one acre of land with beautiful trees on either side offering plenty of privacy. Giant backyard, perfect for families. New hot tub with lake view on the back patio. House is 2,700 square feet. There is a desk, wifi, laser-wireless printer, and Keurig coffee maker for those of you wanting to work remotely! Fits 10 people max and 3 cars max. Our driveway and surrounding areas do not accommodate more than 3 cars. There is no room for additional boats on-site. We cannot move the boat for you prior to your stay.
