The property was easy to find, very clean and well maintained. Perfect for our weekend trip to Knoxville to watch Vol football. We did not fly in but it is also very convenient to the airport!

My wife and I spent three nights in late October. Owners provided prompt response to communication, and made us feel very welcome. House has a nice interior and convenient location for airport, Maryville, and Smoky Mountains.

Enjoyed a quiet reprieve conveniently located between Knoxville and Townsend (GSMNP). Enjoyed every minute!

We stayed for a few days while doing flight training at the airport. It was close enough for a nice morning walk to training. The house is nicely remodeled and well furnished. Owners are super responsive. Will use again.
