Situated in Myrtleford, this charming house for $224 per night is a great option for your next trip. This property can accommodate 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is located at the rear of the house, overlooking the outdoor area and the huge, enclosed back yard. The main bedroom has 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bed with a trundle. This bedroom features it's own TV, 3 seater lounge and a wardrobe with full length mirror . It's the perfect hang out for the kids or for those requiring a bit of extra space when staying with others. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds and are located at the front and side of the house. Just the Spot has 2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower and hand basin. The laundry is in this bathroom also. Bathroom 2 has a bath with the shower over it and a hand basin. The toilet is separate to both the bathrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and electric blankets. The open plan living area has a wood heater, 40" smart tv, lounges and bean bags. The dining table can be extended to accommodate a full house and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A pod coffee machine and air fryer have been included for your convenience. There is a bbq in the outdoor dining area within the fully enclosed back yard. Please note that firewood is not provided but can be purchased at local service stations or local Foodworks. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was fine and met our expectations. Tap washers probably need replacing in the shower and laundry due to dripping and the need to over tighten taps in order to stop dripping. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Thank you for the easy stay. We were travelling for a funeral and were very grateful for a homely, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The neighbourhood was cute and close to shops. We enjoyed our time exploring Myrtleford.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The typical Australian cottage was very comfortable for 8 people. TheHouse had two double bedrooms and a big room that had two double bed, 2 single beds, a sofa and a large TV. This was a haven for the children separate from the adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. Excellent and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend this property for a large family or a total of 8 people. Thank you.

The property was great for the kids and pets close to shops and even closer to the park. With a few minor maintenance items required and a dedicated bathroom and toilet clean it would have been perfect. Really a great location and extremely pet friendly. Our pets were very happy and relaxed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We find everything was nearly perfect, all of us was not really fussy as long as we are comfortable. The problem came when we were all going to have a shower ,we did not have enough hot water. We were given instructions bot it did not work well. Family was not happy of this part because we had a long day from Frankston and looking forward to a ward shower.

The bedroom door squeaks which is irritating and there is a draft from the living area to the main bedroom. For the money I would have hoped for a bit more
