This level includes two double bedrooms that share a main bathroom, complete with a shower cabin. The upper level (25m2) is home to a cozy corner sofa that can double as an extra bed, as well as a handy kitchenette with a fridge and a W.C. This area leads out to a wonderful wooden deck terrace, complete with outdoor furniture ideal for relaxation and enjoying an afternoon cocktail. All areas of our property are centrally air-conditioned and heated. They feature a minimalist design, complete with unique handpicked furnishings and contemporary art pieces. Other things to note Conveniently located just across the street from our home, there is a private parking facility available for your use during your stay. The parking facility charges a fee for its services, but it provides a safe and secure place to park your vehicle. In addition, depending on the season, there may be free public parking spots available near or next to our home. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024.
