Vegetarian food was good. Room Size is good & clean.

Break fast- Never ready on time a7 07:30am. They set up the buffet in section by section . Staff was wondering with their mobile rather than seeing the guest. There was a bay cot placed in the restaurant !! Why not consider a high chair. Loud cinema songs played at 8 am. Consider some light instrumental peaceful music for the morning!! Staff care less approach is not a 4* standard.

Pool, Fitness, Staff, all this was very nice. Friendly, helpful ladys at entrance. No complains. The hotel is NOT at a main road, so traffic noise is at a minimum. Very nice...! Will come back....

Sometimes we had internet-interruption. Maybe this could be managed in a better way.

strong smell of cigarette in the entire corridor and room. Have to request other room, the other room was full of rubbish left on the bed and on the floor. The bathroom is very bad. Waste of money

Hopeless & irresponsible staff. We had to leave early by 7 30 which was informed during check in and had req bfast 15 mts early. Rather even by 7 30 rest was not even open. finally just managed with some idly sambar for the bfast for which i had paid almost 1000 extra.

Bathroom closet seat was broken, cant even say my underthigh skin got stuck in that & it was heaven. Shower knob was missing , had to manage with hand shower.

Twin beds were not enough to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.

Perfect for families! The hotel's attention to creating a kid-friendly environment impressed us. The restaurant team and reception team were always ready to assist, and the family-oriented services made our trivandrum trip memorable.

The main advantage for me was the hotel is only walking distance to the rail station. I also appreciated being able to register late.

I was given a room with 2 single beds separated by bedside table, which I could not connect (something I realised when I entered the room) . I stayed with my 7 year old son and I needed to put him to sleep and after falling asleep myself had to get up and move to the other single bed. This was quite uncomfortable being so tired and paying a premium for a comfortable few hours of rest.

There are items in the room including normal bottled water which were extremely costly. It felt like a cheap business technique to make money.
