Worst hotel. The staffs are behaving very rude. And they demanding extra money

Staff behaviour was too worst and he charged extra 600 to stay on the room, we booked different but the staff wasn't even aware and too rude and consumed alcohol and sitting on the reception desk.

Staff behaviour, hotel and no response and booking.com doesn't show the hotel number. We have to call common telephone then wait for our turn and the call re directs it's too difficult during different locations

Improve the room fews pending works like tv cable connection or DTH connection , fan place needs to be moved into current place , close the some holes in the room and bath room and painting works needs to be done must
