The staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. They even have a place to keep your motorbike for night. It definitely is a very good place to stay. I recommend.

Weak aircon, and pests coming out from the sewage pipe in the shower room.

I didn't like anything at all. It was disgusting place.

It was horrible place. Bed linen was very old and some are torn . Not cleaned properly. Cockroaches were roaming. Ac is semi functional. Pillows covers are not cleaned. Bathroom bidder shower is not working. Shower is damaged and half of the water leak . No zink. Bucket of water kept with a cup to use. Entrance is messy and bad smell. It was disgusting.

I went around the corner for a bowl of noodles for breakfast just to get out. This guest house is the best value I have seen in Phnom Penh and as a bonus the owner gives you a ride to the airport free of charge. The room I had was very large and comfortable. The owner speaks very good English.

A bit of a challenge to find but persistence paid off.

The room was lovely and the owner was so kind! He drove us to the airport, and allowed us to order a meal at 10pm. It really was appreciated and above all expectations. Thank you!

This place is a quick Tuk Tuk ride from the airport. The owner and his family live on the main level. They seem like a wonderful family with happy kids. The owner speaks excellent English. I would certainly stay there again. My room here was better than the hotel room I had previously stayed in for triple the price.

The towels were a bit threadbare and the balcony did not lock. I am sure if I would have asked to have the balcony locked, it would have been. I just didn't ask.
