We had a great time at this condo. Location was great, central for driving but also easy to walk to some places in town. Great beach gear selection. The beach is nice to walk along but not great for swimming compared to other beaches as it was murky water but perhaps that was because it had rained a lot and muddied up the water. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great condo with a lot of nice touches. So convenient to the 2 minutes walk across manicured grass to the perfect beach for young kids. Added bonus, sea turtles regularly camp out or swim by!

We loved this condo! The location is perfect. So close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The sunsets can’t be beat! The beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floaties etc. were awesome! We loved that we didn’t have to pack anything for the beach. Our kids loved the books, games and puzzles as well. We would recommend this condo to anyone!

This apartment is a gem! Incredibly comfortable and clean. Fronted by a wonderful grass lawn where the kids would play, and just beyond that a beautiful beach full of turtles! It's a super nice complex, with a large and unusually useable pool: plenty of room for real lap swimming as well as kids play. The location can't be beat: the complex feels like an island oasis, but a 2 minute walk brings you to a large supermarket, one of the best coffee shops on the island, and plenty of great restaurants. The hosts, Rachel & Adam, are friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the place, and can't wait to return.

We had a lovely time at this condo. It was in a perfect location to everything we wanted to do. It’s within walking distance of anything you might need. The condo was very clean! The beds were incredibly comfortable. Adam was very easy to communicate with. Over all definitely a 5 star location. And we can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time at the condo, which was set up perfectly for a family. Adam and Rachel were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed, but we really didn’t need anything as the condo had everything and more. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking in or grilling at the shared grill. There were also activities and toys for the kids and plenty of items for use at the beach and pool. We also went to many of the restaurants and shave ice spots recommended by Adam and Rachel, many of which were walkable from the condo. Could not have asked for a better experience. We will certainly be back to the Kihei condo next time.

The unit was perfect for my family. It's a two minute walk to the beach from which you can see the most beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit was clean. The hardest decision of each day was whether we hit the pool first or the beach!

Rachel and Adam’s condo in Kihei is a great, quiet spot, with a nice walking beach steps away, and located 10 mins from some of the best beaches on Maui. Everything was as described. The kitchen is particularly well stocked for those like us who prefer to mix dining in with going out. Clean and very spacious, it was a good value, and given it has two bedrooms and bathrooms a relatively rare find in the area. The complex is pretty chill, and the residents were friendly. Overall, we would recommend this place if you are looking to stay a bit out of the busiest stretch of Kihei but still very close to everything Maui has to offer.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay. Perfect location to get to anywhere you need. A beautiful beach is literally steps away. You can hear and see the ocean from the back patio. We walked to grocery store almost daily to get anything we needed, less than a block away. Very quite and friendly complex. The unit had everything we could have imagined for a day at the beach (chairs, coolers, towels, umbrellas, wagon, load and loads of kids beach toys). They unit had a perfect amount of toys, books, and games to keep us all busy. We couldn't have wanted for anything additional to be added to unit. We plan on staying again in the near future. We stayed 7 days, kids ages 9, 22, 26. All had a great time :)

This Kihei condo was the ideal spot for us to launch our Maui vacation. Our big family was comfortable and had tons of fun. It was clean and comfortable, with plenty of thoughtful touches (boogie boards, pots/pans, beach wagon) that made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. The hosts were easy to communicate with and set great expectations in advance. Plus, the location is amazing. It's right at the beach, has a great pool, and access to grills to cook dinner. Plus, there's a grocery store right next door. Before we'd even left, our kids were asking us to book it again for next year.

I really enjoyed staying at Rachel and Adam’s condo. I’ve been visiting Maui for years and have stayed at a number of rentals in Kihei, and I like that this one provides the benefits of being centrally located while being literally only steps from the beach. The condo had everything I needed for a successful beach day (chairs, towels, umbrellas, frisbees, etc.) and Rachel was always timely and responsive if I needed help finding something or had any other questions. The nearby beach is a great spot to watch the sunset, and sitting out there every evening with a cold beverage brought me inner peace that I haven’t felt in a long time. Will definitely be coming back.
