We had a great stay at this cute little VRBO. La Verkin is perfect for accessing the main Zion canyon, Kolob Plateau, Gooseberry Mesa, etc. The kids were happy in the bunk room, both other bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated having the garage to store our bikes and gear. We had one minor plumbing issue which the management company took care of immediately despite it being a holiday weekend! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our large family- my husband and I and our 4 young kids as well as my mom and adukt brother all enjoyed this cozy house while on a trip to visit Zion NP. We were so close to the main road that takes us into Zion.
There were plenty of beds and extra bedding for everyone including a pack n play.
Kitchen was stocked well with cookware, dishes, ect. There were no condiments but there was salt, pepper and garlic salt. (Just helpful to know, not a negative thing)
The backyard has a table & chairs as well as a couple hammocks and a swing that the kids enjoyed. There isnt a ton of room to run around but was still nice to have a backyard for the kids.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The grandkids loved the backyard and the home was clean and roomy. We’ll definitely stay again.
Great location to Zions, Sand Hollow, lots of golf courses and sand dunes.
Great place!!

First, I will say the property was in a residential neighborhood and was very quiet. Absolutely no street or neighbor noises at all - a pleasant surprise.
Other than that we were very disappointed in the listing, starting with a filthy screen front door, no garage opener, no yard/deck space to enjoy the evenings (all were ripped up and underconstruction apparently with lines dug for sprinklers, etc. The "third" bedroom is a former porch accessed through the kitchen with one of the kitchen windows looking into the "bedroom".
Overall, the cleanliness of the interior was poor and there were no sink stoppers in the bathroom, making it risky to take out contacts, remove jewelry, etc.
When we arrived there wasn't a garage door opener as stated on the check-in information. We contacted the host via text who replied promptly and informed us the cleaner left in the upper cupboard above a small sink in the kitchen area. Those cupboards were chock full of junk but no opener. The host did offer to have one 'delivered' but we were only staying 2 nights we let them know it was up to them.
The garage was really filthy and piled with junk, and some of it had to be shoved over to allow parking our one car.
The second day there was the yard construction crew parked in the driveway working on the back area. They did offer to leave when asked how long they were going to be there and we let them know we would like them to leave.
The house needs major TLC to be up to VRBO standards.

We had a great visit here and it was easy access to ZNP. Highly recommend checking out River Rock Roasting Company while you're in town. Nice home, good location, great experience.

Zion's Redrock Cottage is a great family getaway. We loved the location and the ease of getting to Zion National Park and other outdoor adventures. Everything is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well-stocked and the interior is newly updated and beautifully decorated. It easily sleeps 10 people. It looks like they are in the process of doing something with the backyard. We will definitely visit there again and I'm excited to see what they do out there. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it for a family getaway.

Great house and the location was perfect. Close to restaurants, groceries and a very easy 25 minute drive to Zion.

First time staying at VRBO was hesitant but gave it a shot. I filtered homes with jacuzzi and distance so was surprised to see it was a jacuzzi tub in the master bath not an actual outdoor jacuzzi - walked in there was a dead cockroach on the floor. Sheets on bed were cheap. Listing said we could park in garage but once there note said we couldn’t. Although place was clean I think I’ll be stay at a hotel next time.

Great location and a clean, updated house to come back to after a long day of hiking! Would stay here again!

The location of this property was perfect for our trip to Zion. Based on property listing, we expected the house to be cleaner. The outside area was a little disappointing as there was no shade until evening and could use some sprucing up. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and location was great!

This was the final stay in our 10 day, five stop vacation visiting the five national parks of Utah. The house was conveniently located and had everything we needed.

We booked this property for a soccer tournament we attended. The soccer tournament was in St. George so we were out a ways but the drive to everywhere we needed to get still seemed quick. The neighborhood was quiet. We also went to Zions one day and it was nice being so close to the park. The property achieved all of our needs. We didn’t feel the cleanliness met our expectations but it wasn’t “dirty”. The kitchen was well stocked as was the other areas of the house. The host was super attentive and made sure we knew she was there at all times. Overall the property met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. It was very comfortable and homey. Close to Mt Zion 🏔️ National Park. If you need to go shopping for necessities, there are stores that are nearby. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The owners are very nice to check up on us by messaging to see if we need anything. We would definitely book this property again when we come back.

We had a great experience while staying here. This house is big enough for 10, it was only 4 of us so we had plenty of space. The kitchen had a lot of room, big sized fridge and electric stove top. We like to cook so it was perfect for us. I also loved that we had access to the washer and dryer, they are big too. We were able to wash our clothes the night before we left. One of the bathrooms had a big tub and my kids loved it. The only downside was the living room couch, it was very stiff and uncomfortable. We like to watch movies at the end of night as a family and for my kids, they were fine. For us adults, we sat on chairs. This will not deter us from staying here again because this house had everything we needed. The host messaged me throughout the stay for check in and check out info. We are very satisfied and happy that we found this place.

Great location for Zion/Bryce. Well appointed home with plenty of room to relax. Walkable to coffee shop, gas station, family dollar, and grocery store. Communication was clear and easy.
Grab coffee/lunch at River rock roasting co and a facial at Zion zen with Jackie! You won’t be disappointed. A wonderful visit to southern Utah.

Great location to parks & had everything we needed but could have used a good cleaning. Also the outdoor area could use some upkeep.

They made this house into a cozy home. A large open area for the kitchen, dining room and living room was perfect for two or a larger group. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a separate bath for each bedroom. There is also a temperature controlled sunroom which was bright and fun. There was no hitches just lots of fun to be had. Zion National Park was our main destination but we also got to see Bryce Canyon and other wonderful beautiful sightseeing spots. There's so much to do in Utah! Always so beautiful! We'll come back to this cozy home If the opportunity presents itself

Enjoyed our trip and this house is perfect for families! They have everything you need! The backyard was awesome for the kids and they loved the third room so they could have some privacy!

This entire process was painless and stress free. My family was going to a wedding in the area and this was by far the cheapest and best accommodations we could have gotten. The house was impeccably clean and spacious. We had 5 adults and all slept comfortably even though one of us was on a sofa bed. The location is a bit of a drive to get to Zion but the drive is beautiful and only about 20 minutes. You are 2 minutes away from a grocery store, cheap gas station, and some of the best coffee I've ever had. I would highly recommend the River Rock Roasting Company restaurant down the street for breakfast or lunch with a great view. The owner of this property is very nice and communicates wonderfully. The keyless entry made check in and check out a dream and no concern of losing a set of keys. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area.

Cute home close to Zion National Park. We liked the open kitchen and family room area and the comfortable beds. The best part was the proximity to Zion, an easy 20 minute drive.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Patti's home! The accomodations was modest, but fit our needs perfectly.
Our main reason for visiting was to visit Zion National Park so we were very happy that it was only about 30 minutes from the park gates.
Would highly recommend this home for groups who are looking for a relaxing getaway in a quiet neighborhood.

My wife, 2 kids, and I stayed at Patti's great house for the St. George Ironman in early May of 2022. The house was great for us to spread out, cook meals, and relax prior to my race. My kids loved the outdoor toys and my daughter loved the neighbor's cats. We were into and out of St. George a lot during our stay, which is a bit of a hike (30 minutes each way). If targeting Zion, this would be an ideal location, and we'd stay here again if doing that. There was a nice supermarket close by to grab groceries and prepared food at. Patti had good communication and we highly recommend her house.
