Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just minutes away from all the outdoor and new nightlife activities and local grocery store as well as bakeries. Your space is on the second floor of the property very cozy and comfortable with all that you need includingin private driveway for your rental we are TV/Wi-Fi ready with two AC units to cool off in this is your home away from yours.

Easy stay and very roomy unit in a cool neighborhood. Hope to be back again soon.
Hot tub is not standard, it is a creative home made one, but used it and relaxed on balcony listening to the coqui, which was very cool.

Jay was the best host I have ever encountered! Not only was his space beautiful and clean, he gave us tons of suggestions for things to do and he saved me hundreds of dollars by avoiding tour guide prices! So I highly suggest all of jay’s recommendations and I will most definitely be back!

Great rental for my wife and I; spacious, good kitchen, quiet and clean.
Very close to the beach, near restaurants and in a peaceful neighborhood.
I would recommend having a car for this part of the island.
