It was exactly what we needed. It was super cute, nicely decorated & clean. Derek was very responsive & supplied everything thing we needed.

This cozy little cottage was just what we were looking for. It is the perfect size for two people. Walking distance to the water and places to eat. The time we spent at this cottage was very quiet and peaceful. There was the perfect balance of things to do and relaxation. We will definitely go back.

Pros: excellent location, very clean, comfortable stay!
Cons: little things-
Kitchen:
No tea kettle or electric kettle. I’m a tea drinker! A Keurig, but no pods, and a coffee maker, but no coffee (my son is a coffee drinker).
No oils, spices. We cooked in a couple of nights. Had to go shopping for basics.
The overhead light on the stove was out.
Bathroom:
No soap available. Eventually found some in the closet.
No tissues- had to use toilet paper (my son had a cold) and we almost ran out.

My husband and I spent a few days in Middletown and loved the cottage. We've been renting vacation properties in this neighborhood for the past 10 years, and this one was our favorite to date. This is a true cottage and was the perfect size for the two of us. It's a short walk to restaurants on Aquidneck ave and a quick drive to 2nd beach. We'd love to stay here again in the Summer.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little cottage. Before we realized we had arrived at the wrong unit, the Owner Derek answered our distress call immediately and kindly directed us to the correct door. The unit was immaculate and perfect for our 2-day stay- nice and cozy! We will be back!

This rental was one of my favorites I have done. The pictures accurately depicted the quaint rental. On a nice quiet side street yet only a 5 minute super easy drive right into Newport. Highly recommend this VRBO!

I picked this charming little place due to its proximity of the Amica Marathon course. It was a quick easy walk to Easton Beach and perfect for my husband to catch me during the run.
This little bungalow was perfect for our needs and adorable. The suggestion of places to eat were helpful and the closeness of various places to eat made things easy. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great little gem in Middletown, RI. Derek was great to work with and the property was perfect for our Newport adventure. Close to the Cliff Walk, Newport Mansions, the beach, and downtown Newport. Enjoyed lunch at Flo's Clam Shack(within walking distance) and dinner at Benjamin's on Thames. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

We were there for the jazz festival and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The house was spotless and quiet but so close to the beach and beginning of cliff walk. Strongly recommend.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Very close to beaches and all the food and restaurants you could ever want. Newport proper only a five minute drive.
Property manager was excellent and very responsive.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood just a stones throw from the beach and a 5 minute drive from Newport. Well equipped kitchen and extremely soft towels! The sea shell driveway is lovely. We had a great time, highly recommended!

Amazing!! Clean, well-stocked, great location to all Easton’s Beach activities. Walk to the bars and restaurants, walk to the beach, rest on the quiet patio! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to be back someday!

I cannot say enough positive things abut my recent stay at Ellery Beach Bungalows. My bungalow was adorable and I loved the décor. The host was very responsive. My bungalow was clean and had everything I needed. I had my own parking spot-so that was not an issue. There were several special touches-the patio, towels, good wifi, keyless entry...It was conveniently located to everything I wanted-just a few minutes to the beach and Newport.
