About this house rental

Bring the whole family to this centrally located and newly built home! The Bird's Nest is conveniently 10mins from DTSP and about 20mins from our beautiful beaches! Walk or drive just 1 mile around the corner to Sawgrass Lake Park - 400 acres of wetlands designed for observing and learning about nature! The home is very spacious and open with plenty of room for the entire family to lounge! The entire space is private and for your use only! I love interacting with my guests but that interaction is entirely up to you! I am available 24/7 and want to make sure you have the best experience at The Bird's Nest! Please reach out if you need anything at all - or even if you are just looking for some recommendations! We live in a centrally located and residential neighborhood We recommend renting a car during your stay to The Bird's Nest, but you can definitely catch an Uber to downtown or hop on St. Pete's new rapid transit system, The SunRunner! The home sits on a corner lot against a main road - however, noise has never been an issue. **THERE IS A 4% CHARGE FOR ANY CANCELLED BOOKINGS*** We ask that you please utilize the shoe rack by the garage door, rather than wearing shoes inside the home. Please try to prevent any unnecessary damages or stains to our linens, as I do charge an extra fee for excessive damages. Smoking is not permitted inside the home - if discovered, a $500 charge will be processed to you. Please discard all cigarettes in the ash tray provided outside, on the back patio - a $25 charge will be processed to you if cigarettes are found elsewhere. Please pick up after your pets - otherwise, a $25 charge will be processed to you. Please be sure that all trash, food/drinks, pet waste, cigarettes/ashes, etc. is disposed of properly - tightly sealed within a disposable bag before placing inside the garbage bin. Any broken items or damages to the home will result in additional charges for replacements/repairs. Excessive messes may warrant additional cleaning fees. We do charge for any additional pets - please note each pet will incur a $100 pet fee.
