My family had a blast here, despite it being fall in New England (I can only imagine how great this would be during the summer). The house was great, the views were amazing, and the beach was only steps away. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up every day to watch the sunrise. This is a perfect spot for families/groups.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is bright and spacious and very homey and well appointed. Each bedroom was equipped with individual air conditioners. The beds were very comfy There are awesome beach views with lots of windows and very easy access to the beach and ocean. There was plenty of free parking. Close enough to either Rockport or Gloucester. The cottage met all of our requirements- single story , 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, inside laundry, well equipped kitchen, on the beach, ample parking !! A must to visit !

This is a very comfortable home in a great location. Host provided great directions, communicated perfectly and quickly took care of a small issue with the code on the door. Spacious with a great view. The beds are comfortable and everything you need is provided. We hope to come back again!

the location is absolutely beautiful and lovely. new housekeepers so minor adjustments needed, with immediate and complete satisfaction, thank you Rachel, your time and attention was perfect. I would suggest to have a few fans for the common areas for the hot days, but no problem, there was a ceiling fan. AC in all bedrooms, lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this VRBO, thank you so much for having us, hope to return next year, thank you, Susan

We loved the view and access to the beach. We did have to wipe a few things down when we arrived. The ceiling fan needed a new battery. I wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans and the windows opened. These we easily overlooked to have the ocean in front of us. It was a 60-second walk to the beach. The host, Rebecca, was great at answering all our questions. We would come back again. Thank you.

This was a nice spot for our family to stay. The beach is steps away from the house.. which was so pretty, and we loved hearing the ocean waves from the house. The rooms were a decent size, and the inside furnishings were nice.

This house was perfect for a girls weekend (seven of us stayed comfortably). Both the house and location are absolutely stunning. You can walk right outside to the beach or hang out on the deck and listen to the waves. The beach is private so it's not crowded at all. We also enjoyed driving a few minutes into town and checking out the shops and sights and having a lovely dinner. I highly recommend staying here!

Our trip served the dual purpose of celebrating my daughter’s 38th birthday while providing a welcoming wedding celebration for my son and his newly arrived wife from India. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to introduce our new daughter-in-law to the Massachusetts coast. Rachel was extremely helpful with answering our pre-trip inquiries, the beds were all quite comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the shed had all the beach equipment we would ever need, and the nearby Shaws and Walgreens was definitely a bonus! This, added to the tremendous view will definitely put this property at the top of our list of places we will hope to revisit in the future.

The house is right on a beautiful stretch of beach. 10 min one way your in the heart of Rockport 10 min the other way in Gloucester. The house was clean and spacious. The neighbors were great. Couldn't ask for a better beach house

We wanted a place close to Gloucester for celebrating a birthday but wanted to be on the ocean. This location was 7 miles to the restaurant we were going to and made it a perfect option. Also easy to go to bearskin neck as well. Very quiet and comfortable VRBO. We would rent it again.

We had such a wonderful time in Rockport. The beach is literally steps away, beds were comfortable and we were lucky to catch the full moon shining on the water. We all loved watching the surfers. Rachel was very responsive and took care of questions and needs promptly. There is a parking fee we were not aware of. Wish we were there longer than 3 nights!!
