The place was absolutely awesome. But if your a tall person the back of the seating are short backed, my husband is tall and I had to go purchase a high back plastic chair so he could be comfortable. But other than that the place was very clean and plenty of room.I would definitely recommend and stay again next year if there was a recliner in the living area.

Was a nice property, housekeeper was very good at accommodating us with what we needed and answering questions. However, we did request when, we booked in April, a shower chair as we had a friend who is a 100% disabled veteran and we were not supplied a handicapped shower chair. We had to go out and get a plastic outside chair by the pool and his wife had to try to assist him which was very risky. He and she are in their early 70s.

I spent five days here with two friends. We had plenty of room and loved the pool.
We waited out hurricane Idalia and wasnt very concerned as it's a block house and very sound.
The house was clean and Debra was very responsive and kind.
If I ever need to return to the area I'll definitely check on this home first.

We arrived and it was 80 degrees inside the property. We called the owner. He has the thermostat set @76. We told him we need it lower than 80. He charges $4 per day to lower the thermostat. The ac guy came and after a few hours it never came down. We told him we can't stay in this heat. So, after a 10hr drive we pack up and drove another hour to a hotel. The owner also submitted an insurance claim stating that we broke his tv. We never even set down in his den where the tv is. IT WAS TOO HOT!

We were supposed to check in at 2:00pm. The owner ask us to wait until 3:00, we agreed. We went to the house at 4:00 pm, it still wasn’t clean. My wife would not stay there after this. This was our first bad experience with VRBO. I told him he could keep the money, which he did, and we went home. I’m sorry,but I hope this is not the standard for VRBO. The house was dirty as well as the pool area. Have a good day
