The Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea welcomes you to enjoy our beautiful, beach, multitude of sidewalk cafes, frequent live music, and enticing public plazas where free dance classes are held monthly and outdoor games are played daily. Brightly- colored banners anchor our boundaries and colorful way-finding signs celebrate the Town’s identity as a charming, seaside village. Can you imagine snorkeling from the beach to reefs alive with tropical fish, turtles and even lobsters? (We are widely acknowledged to be the South Florida Shore Diving Capital and snorkelers and divers are a daily sight in Town.) And when you emerge from the sea and need something to assuage your sweet tooth, visit one of the nearby ice cream shops or award-winning chocolatiers. If you are hungrier, just put on flip flops and a shirt over your bathing suit, and choose from over fifteen restaurants within a short walk from the beach. Beautiful marine sculptures make walkers along the boulevard pause, snap a photo, and learn fascinating facts about the marine life in our waters. Everything in this house is NEW. We have 3 bedrooms: - The master bedroom with a king-size bed has a marble en-suite ultra modern bathroom with a rain shower and a hand held shower, and access to the pool/garden through a sliding doors - The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds. - The third bedroom has 4 twin beds. The second bathroom offers a bathtub and subway ties all around. All mattresses and pillows are hotel quality. Each room has a Smart TV! We provide a full gourmet chef kitchen with large Sub-zero refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, tea kettle, pots, pans, plates, etc., washer and dryer, washing detergent, iron and ironing board, all linens and towels, blankets and bed covers, beach towels and so much more..... Both living room and kitchen exit through sliding door to the outdoor . We also have you covered for an enjoyable day at the beach with wagon, cooler, umbrella & towels! Very well maintainted property with nice decoration. Only a 5-10 min walk to a quiet portion of the Fort Lauderdale-by-the-sea beach with well preserved dunes with vegetation. Quiet neighborhood.

Everything was excellent location is perfect it’s a walk to the beach a walk to stores the only thing we wish is that we would’ve had an opportunity to heat the pool. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen beautiful, couch was super comfortable. Other then that everything was great and Carol was extremely responsive and helpful.

We really did enjoy our stay here. The kids loved the pool and how close the house was to the beach (you could walk to the beach and dinner downtown). The bunk beds were great for the kiddos. The house has a good layout. The beds only had one mattress on them in the bedrooms and one of the rooms was a little too warm but thankfully fans were provided. There are towels, sand toys, pool toys, beach chairs and wagon provided. There was even some puddle jumpers life jackets and a baby raft. Don’t bring anything from home! We did have some ants in the house but pest control did come while we were there. It’s Florida so we weren’t surprised by it. We did have an two small issues. Carole was very responsive and everything was sorted out. We would definitely stay again because of the location to downtown and beach as well as the pool.

Beautiful property just a few minutes walk from the center of LBTS and/or beach. Friendly neighbors out walking (if you pick the cooler times of day) along quiet streets with well-maintained properties. Backyard privacy. Perfect for our needs.

We are a family of 4 plus a couple grandparents for part of the trip. What an amazing property! The neighborhood is upscale and safe. 1/2 mile to Publix and a little further to the beach. A friend recommended we check out the Las Olas area and we were very impressed by the shops, restaurants and the like. The house itself was well equipped for toddlers(toys, floats, bunk beds) and adults(Cork screws, lime squeezers, wine fridge, pots and pans). We opted to heat the pool and that meant we spent about 5 hours a day in it. Victor and Carole were great to deal with, but note that they prefer phone calls over texting. Will definitely return someday!

We really enjoyed our warm Christmas vacation. This 3-bedroom is clean, comfortable and beautiful, in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The pool is a nice bonus. Walking distance to grocery, beach, shops and restaurants. We would love to return someday.

Stayed here June 2021-nice, quiet neighborhood, house was clean and comfy. Grandchildren ages 4 and 11 loved the pool, as did the adults! House was well stocked with pool toys, wagon to take to the beach (about an 8 min. walk), kitchen utensils, etc. -wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. Thanks to our gracious hosts for their hospitality and ease of booking!

My family and I just completed a week at Carole and Victor’s rental and can’t say enough positive things about it. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a blast in the pool and grilling outside. The beach was a close walk as were several delicious restaurants. We really didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend!
