To begin with, the landlord did not communicate the address of the property properly, which made it challenging for me to locate it. Additionally, despite the ad claiming there is 24-hour reception, I struggled to find it, and when I spoke to the local security, they informed me that there was no reception at all. Furthermore, the toilet in the property was leaking and flooded. It was an unsanitary and unpleasant experience. The ad also mentioned a flat screen TV, but there was no such TV in the property. The ad claimed that there were two swimming pools, one private and one public, but neither was accessible during my stay. When I spoke to the security guard, he informed me that the landlord had not paid rent, and hence the pool access was blocked for any guests staying in this specific property. Lastly, the shower in the suite bathroom was not working, and I had to take a bath instead. Additionally, I must express my disappointment with the host's unhelpful attitude. I contacted the host in the first instance to address the issues, but he was of no help and even mentioned that he wanted to cancel the booking initially due to the listed issues. Overall, the property did not meet the expectations set by the ad, and I feel that I was misled into booking this property.
