When you book the Seawall Perch, you are booking our home away from home, and the view will take your breath away. You will be on the privately owned condominium side of the San Luis Resort Beachfront Hotel Spa and Conference Center. Key access is required at ALL entry points for added security. Directly from the condominium elevator, you can walk into the hotel lobby. You can shop, swim, eat, enjoy a cocktail, relax, walk down the Seawall, go to the beach, and even work out. You can enjoy all the San Luis Resort has to offer, including room service! Phydias is our resident macaw. He has been living at the hotel since 1991. He enjoys socializing with guests and giving "hello" and "goodbye" greetings. Meet him on your next visit! All this is included and available to you as our guest. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer just across the hall as well as the elevators. This is our only rental property, and we want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do.

We enjoyed the condo. It is located on the seawall. It is one bedroom with 1.5 bath. The condo was clean and decorated in an ocean theme. We enjoyed the pool located on the property and dined at 4 of the restaurants on property. Coffee lovers will be glad to know you can get your fix in the hotel lobby where they have a name brand coffee vendor. This unit is close to the elevator and parking was nearby so getting items from car to condo was easy.

Easy process, both with getting in and leaving. Great instructions. We didn’t use the resort facilities much but from what we saw, they appear very good. Our only complaint was the tub. It’s so small and tall, that being over 6’ made it difficult. No shower curtain made it a necessity to take a bath. Wasn’t good. For kids and smaller people it might be fine. We hated it. Outside of the tub, really good place to stay

The views and amenities make this place definitely worth it! The condo is very nice with amazing views. The only downside was the bathtub/ shower. It worked great as a bathtub but not so much as a shower. It's not made for tall people and there was no shower curtain so water got all over the floor. Besides that, we loved staying there. The amenities of the hotel were very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the service!

Condo is a great location having the amenities of the San Luis. We enjoyed the restaurants, pool and pool bar. In the condo we couldn’t watch Tv in the bedroom, the signal went in and out constantly. And the tub was really cute but you could only shower if you are under 5’3, due to the ceiling and tub height. Not a good set up, no where to put shampoo bc of the tub rim and shower curtain doesn’t close all the way around the tub so floor gets all wet.

We had a great stay. The condo had a perfect view from both balconies. It was very clean. Tricia went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We definitely will return ns we highly recommend this condo.

Great location to relax or go out and enjoy Galveston Island. Private parking near the elvator was very convenient. Access to the San Luis amenities made it easy to relax at the heated pool, enjoy a variety of food options and get in a quick workout without leaving the property. We could tell the owners put a lot of effort into remodeling and redecorating to make it inviting and comfortable. Bed was comfortable with a great view. Tub/shower was cute but a little cramped for my tall husband to stand up and shower and a little tricky for my short legs to step out of; but we made it work. We'd definitely consider coming back.
